Ordered a custom vinyl from *************** and it was delivered by YunExpress. The order was not delivered to my apartment or in my mailbox but rather over another apartments gate. Not even my apartment. And left the package on the ground, so it was stolen. I have tried reaching out to both companies about a refund and both have stonewalled me up until I gave up. On April 24, 2025, ********** claimed it had delivered a package from Acebeam at 11:30 am on that day. I was physically home working on my car in my front driveway from 9 am until 3 pm. No package was ever delivered. The same afternoon, I contacted by email both the company that sent the package and the shipping company. I was forced to contact the shipping company ********** twice, as they did not respond, has offered no proof of delivery, nor explanation as to the current status of the package - which appears to have gone missing while in their possession.Tracking number YT2510721266034118 As a result of failure of YanExpress to respond to multiple emails to resolve the package that has gone missing while in their possession, I am forced to respond with this BBB complaint.I seek reimbursement of the cost of the package from ******* that has gone missing while in possession of ********** package shipping/delivery company. ********** has falsely reported that the package was delivered. Ordered from Northend Shop from a FB ad on 3/1/25, total with shipping is $61.97. Wrong shoes shipped to me. Contacted them via email several times and told to provide documentation, which I did. Then also told after another contact by me to allow ***** hrs for a reply and then told after another contact by me that they were forwarding my info to a manager and then after another contact by me on 3/28/25 I was told they are awaiting approval by the manager. I am extremely frustrated with the lack of updates on eight of my packages, which have been stuck in transit without any movement. I purchased 2 earpods from Lenskey which then used Yunexpress (3rd party courier) to deliver a parcel package on a Saturday at a Business that is on a dead end road. Which means we have cameras down the road and on the property. They claimed they delivered the package when no vehicle came down that road at all on Saturday. I am going back and forth through email with them keep telling me it was delivered. So either they kept the package or just decided not to deliver it. With that being said, this company is not like Amazon and it has insurance which now they don't want to honor. They say package delivered on 7/12 at 11am but it was NOT. I was sitting by the front door and nobody showed up. I didn't get a notification of any kind nor a picture showing delivered like Amazon does and when I finally spoke to someone they refused to refund me and said to wait 3 business days to see if it comes?? Nonsense. I want my order or my money back PERIOD. I ordered from Amazon and the person could not give me a phone # or a supervisor to speak with. This us so upsetting and unfair. I had a small package delivered to my house today from yunexpress. My cameras alerted me that somebody was at my front door. A man with my package was looking through my front door and jiggling my handle. Then he went to my side door and did the same thing. The ******************* advertised an online product for sciatic pain offering a 100% money back guarantee. I ordered two of the braces totaling $107.95. The product came and I tried it for over 21 days. It did not provide any type of relief for the sciatic pain as the company had described and promised. After 21 days of use, I requested a refund. Now they are giving me the run around about the refund and wanting pictures of me wearing the brace. The refund policy does not state any type of requirements such as that to get the refund. Based on customer reviews, I am seeing this company is scamming many people and it needs to stop. Thank-you for any help you can give.Sincerely,*************************
