    Bought shoes on 4/2/23 from Sissistyles.com who uses *** Express for shipping. I paid $38 for the shoes and an extra $66 for 'express' shipping. It's now 4/16 and I can't get an answer from ************************ *** Express' tracking data shows the package passing though *****, **********, ********, and then ******. I think the tracking info is bogus and I want my money back.     Ordered a TV android device, late February, from a *************** that uses YunExpress for shipping. The device cleared customs and YunExpress placed a hold exception on further shipping via US **** Services. Sent several emails to company and received no response. Also sent emails to manufacturer, who referred me to YunExpress for "further info". This business is irresponsible. They must fix the issue, contact me, the buyer or the manufacturer, their client.

    I contacted SissiStyles and placed an order with them on 01/28/23, for a pair of Purple/US size 9.5 Women's ***** style leather shoes (SKU # SPDFFR1TC8A). The order number given to me , by text is ********. i paid $31.95 and $9.90 shipping fee; for a total of $41.85. At the time , I had No Idea that Sissistyles.com is located in England. The shoes were pictured on ********* I have been trying to track this one package since February 2, 2023, with little to No Progress. I have sent numerous emails to the SissiStyles.com with No response. So far, I found a message that states that the shoes had arrived in *** and YunExpress will deliver the shoes by February 28, *****. The Tracking Number I have at this time is YT2303221272315328. Please help me with this company to see if they have the package or this is just a big lie and a total scam. If this is a lie/scam; then, I want my entire $41.85 immediately.Thank you!

    I ordered shoes on 31 December 2022 and with continuous reminders product has not been delivered. Tried to contact company Stallion Shoes. Refund reminders too ** not been even answered. ******* and highly unprofessional attitude. Please see to it si that someone other doesnt get scammed

    Bought ***** Travel Mug **************** on Oct 20 2022 tracked it from China and said it was delivered yesterday by YunExpress, all I received was an empty envelope in the mailbox from the address of YunExpress nothing else. Contacted ********************** the 3rd party I was unaware I was buying the mug from.
    I want a FULL refund of $178.96 which includes tax I paid to ********************** for the mug I never recieved.
    I think YunExpress needs to be investigated I see a lot of complaints of the same issue not getting what they ordered all being delivered by the same YunExpress.
