    I ordered a candle and bath bomb set for my 14-year-old daughter last month. I didn't tell her about the hidden ring inside, so she loved the surprise. Would definitely buy again as a gift.

    I only ordered from this company 1 time and definitely will NOT place any more orders bath bomb dyed my skin very bad and it was dark blue and black.. the rings were horrible looking within a weeks time. Just overall not happy with their products

    I used to love this company. They have interesting designs for their rings. Definitely not high quality, I tell people it's nice for costume jewelry. I've never had green residue, but I have had a blackish residue from wearing the rings. But here is where my real issue comes in. Their customer service is awful. I've contacted them many times, and they typically don't address the whole issue, just one point. Not to mention they say it takes about three weeks to get the product. For me it gets here just shy of a month. The product is supposed to be made, and shipped from **********, and I'm in *******. I have had packages take over a month to get to me before. I've had about 15-20% of my bath bombs crumble in some way as I'm taking them out of the package. The latest issue, I ordered from their cyber Monday sale. Boy, what a mistake this has been. They contacted me several times making sure I wanted to order duplicates of the bath bombs (which was a mystery deal they offered) which delayed my orders production by 5-7 days. I let them know I needed this by the 21st. 3 days ago it finally said it shipped, but the update I saw this morning now says it's in *****. ** is 6hours away from me, ************* ***** is 17 and half hours away. I highly doubt I'll receive my items in time. I will say their bath bombs are luxurious, and the colored ones are beautiful in the bath. The candles are too light in scent and not worth the money. I love their sugar scrubs. If only they could fix their shipping process, and customer service.

    I was surprised to see so many negative reviews. I have been purchasing from FJs for years. Ive had a few bath bombs come damaged, but they always promptly replaced them. I did have one bad experience with a candle turning the ceiling above it black from soot. It was not close at all to the candle that was on a table. I stopped burning it after a few more attempts with the same result. That has been my only complaint though. Ive been wearing the rings for quite a while and they have never broken, tarnished, or left my finger unnaturally green like cheap metal is want to do. **************** has always been friendly and helpful in my experience. Guess Ive had a different experience than most.

    This is my favorite company ever. The customer service is awesome. I have a monthly subscription and due to a website error I was getting the wrong sized ring and when I emailed them about it, they sent me two packages that month. I also had to cancel my September package and they sent it anyway free of charge. I have only not liked one candle so far and I've been a customer since March, but the ring was still beautiful. The only negative-ish things about the company is they do send out a lot of emails and you have to buy something besides a subscription to get your reward with points but that's pretty fair.

    I am hoping me, my husband, and my 2 dogs don't get sick....Yes, I burned a candle in my room overnight and learned a hard lesson.....Woke up to black soot all over everything as well as up our noses. I will never burn one of their candles again and this is a health hazard!!! I wish I could attach pictures to show everyone. The inside of the candle glass, completely black. The blanket at the end of my bed, covered in a black dust as well as my pillow cases, furniture, dog beds, EVERYTHING!! Pictures were sent to Fragrant Jewels email address today. We will see if they respond. To mention as well, this candle was a gift to me and I am not a current customer of this business.

    Crappiest customer service. I was charged twice Aug 18 and 19 for ***** each, they refuse a refund and to let you speak to a supervisor. Been dealing with this since aug 19th. Their products aren't that great either. Rings easily bent or broken. I had gotten a sterling silver ring from the silver wolf bathbomb wore it once and it broke in half. Plus their sterling silver isn't true sterling silver as it turns my fingers green and I am no where allergic to silver nor ever had any problems with true 925 sterling turning my green. Buyer beware, they are a rip off and steal your money.

    Hello Tina,

    First I would like to apologize for the overall experience you had with your account as it is never our intention to have our customers go through any hardships.

    In reviewing your account it seems that there had been some confusion regarding the charges to your CC.

    In order for customer service to look up any specific charges made to the credit card, we have to look up the email address associated with the FJ account. Unfortunately, for security purposes, agents are unable to look up charges by card #.

    In reviewing the initial email communication with customer service, it seems that there had been 2 different accounts created under different emails. Customer service assisted per your request to cancel the second account.

    Within the second email communication, you notified customer service that the refund had not been received. Our customer service team provided additional information on the refund and found that the account requested to be canceled was not charged to the card in question. In further review, customer service was able to locate a 3rd account that had been created under another email address that was connected to the credit card in question.

    Again, I apologize for the confusion we ask customers to keep the # of accounts under different email addresses to a minimum as it can cause confusion since the charges are connected to the email address used at the time of purchase.

    This has been the worst experience for me! I was so excited to get a candle and bathbomb for my daughter but it's been a nightmare! I ordered and at the end of the order it all of a sudden added a bunch of rings to my order making another charge to my card! It was hard to get to customer service but I finally found the email. They said that I would have to purchase my order again and then I'd get refunded for the first order.. I told him I'd just like to cancel it all and get a refund because I can't afford that. He said ok and then I got my first refund. I waited over a week and had to contact again because I never received my second charge refund but they said sorry it was an issue on their end and refunded it. Now a month late I'm being charged again for the subscription when everything should have been canceled last month and I'm getting treated horribly by this customer service person. I just need my refund and they won't do it! I literally started contact the same day i was charged.

    I used to LOVE this company. They have been HORRIBLE lately. I prepaid for one year for the Inner Circle Membership - over $300.00, in May. Ever since then, I have had nothing but issues with my Inner Circle Orders. First, the date changed, essentially skipping a month of product. Got that figured out. The next month, I am charged for the Inner Circle month box, message into customer service for a refund, finally get that. Now, the month of July, my box never processes. Getting ahold of Customer Service has been a JOKE! It is now August and I still have no answers on my July box (that I already paid for back in May)... I have been on a RARE streak for over a year. I truly hope their errors do not mess that up.... BEWARE... not the same company they used to be. :(

    The 6 & 12-month program is fairly new to our system, unfortunately, we encountered an unexpected glitch when we initially rolled it out. I do show that you have been in communication with our team and apologize for the delay in providing a solution as we had to forward your account over to our development team to correct the account.

    The additional delay had been due to getting the updated expiration date on the card since we have to reenter the payment information to correct the membership status.
