    When you order from HubCapZone you better know that the item is EXACTLY what you need, correct size model etc. You will NOT get a refund, if it is the wrong size, or whatever. PERIOD.

    Hi, We do give refunds and exchange with no problems. You definitely do need to know what you need though. Most cars and trucks have different options of wheel that take different caps. If you order something online and you don't know what you need there would be no way of us knowing. We would assume you know what you need when you place the order. Please take responsibility when you order something incorrectly. I've ordered things wrong before and don't blame the company. We've all done it. If I didn't read something or I didn't take the time to match up a picture that is my fault not the company that ships it to me. It would be the same if we just completely shipped the wrong part from what you ordered. That would be our fault and we would take care of everything 100% without even thinking about it. If you are not sure you can always call us or email us a picture and we can then tell you the correct part.
