Very good company to deal with. We had to wait for our urn, but well worth the wait. it actually arrived earlier than expected and in excellent condition-very well packaged. Communication with sales **** was constant along the way. They kept us very well informed. The quality was also excellent. I would refer anyone to them.

If I could choose not to leave a star I would. This company is so unsympathetic and seems to me money hungry. I ordered a $400 FSU lighted hovering helmet Urn and received the Urn clear case that sits on top which is suppose to in case the hovering FSU lighted Helmet which I never received. I called no return calls or emails. For three days. To this date still nothing. The hovering helmet was sent to the billing address in ******** in which it was to be delivered to ******* just as the Urn and case was. However, The lighted Urn tells me there is nothing they can do since it was delivered. So now, I have my Husband here sitting with a empty case with nothing. No apologies, not even trying to make it right. ****** whom is the one they say owns the business does not respond. Very sorry we even bought something from them that I never received completely. Think investigate before you order. They show a lot of beautiful options but, it's not guaranteed you will receive what you ordered. My husband sits here at home incomplete. Sorry We even considered them!!! So very unhappy.In The Light Urns Inc

Ordered a set of urns for my parents and after several weeks of waiting I receive an email saying they do not have the product I actually paid for already. Having to swap to a product that isn't what I wanted at a cheaper price but they still want to keep the amount that I paid already. Very poor communication from this company. Very caring and prompt with their service. Rosary urns were absolutely beautiful and exactly as described and pictured. Received in a very timely manner. Also included beautiful prayer cards with each rosary which was very meaningful. Not that I would want to have to use them again but if the need arises I would definitely use them again and highly recommend.In The Light Urns Inc

I ordered wooden In the Light keepsake tubes for my brother's funeral. They arrived promptly, beautifully engraved, and were much larger than I'd expected.
