    Ive bought urns for two of my children from them! The urns are beautiful and great quality. For my daughters urn, I had to ask to hold of shipping until i knew my daughters birthday after labor with my stillborn. They waited the time and were so kind. For my sons urn I updated how wanted his name twice. I felt like I was being annoying at that point, because I dont like editing orders and throwing the sellers off but they were so nice and patient. They agreed to the change both times without making me feel like I was being inconvenient. I truly appreciate that

    Very beautiful work and very fast and easy to communicate your request with. Im very happy we searched long and hard for the perfect urn for my mother and we found one with the ***** bonding a dove with a candle you can light and can personalize 4 lines absolutely beautiful

    Outstanding customer service and product quality! We had some questions regarding the Urn and they actually and promptly answer the phone (not a recording). We ordered the Urn with free standard shipping and it shipped next day with *** tracking notifications and we received it in ***** in just four days by *** ground. The heart shaped Plate we ordered was not included so I called again and spoke with ******. She was genuinely apologetic, concerned, and arranged for a immediate shipment of the plate,which is rare in today's world of automated customer service systems. Many thanks for your support ******. I noticed some one star reviews and what we experienced was nothing sort of excellent from start to finish in every category.

    I purchased an urn for my wife. I spoke with ***** multiple times as well as ****** they both were so caring and ready to help me. I cant thank them both enough for going above and beyond with making sure my vision came to life. I have dealt with other customer service **** before in this funeral industry and both have exceeded my expectations on this.     Ill never do business with this company again. I received the first urn broken. Called several times with no answer. No response to emails. When I finally got a hold of someone, they had no empathy or sincerity. They said they would ship a new urn in 24 hours. A week and 1/2 later. Not sure who I spoke with but she was the most unprofessional person Ive ever talked to. All I wanted to do was get my husband home. All this company wants is money. No offer of a refund or even a discount for any of this

    They completely dropped the ball on getting the urns I ordered and paid way too much for 3 day shipping, out on time but it was going to be no big deal because I spoke with someone Friday who upgraded the shipping, I noticed that they didn't ship out so I called them and they said "don't worry they will be there tomorrow" ok cool tracking updated and now it's expected Thursday which is a huge big deal but when I called that day and I was like "hey so what happened here?" The lady just said "it's too late for us to get them there any sooner.... sorry" nothing about how they're going to work to do better just a bunch of attitude and a statement, not even an apology. just wildly unprofessional, I was told I would get a refund on the shipping and STILL have not received the product OR the returned shipping and the funeral I needed the urns for has passed almost a month ago. I absolutely cannot recommend this company for anything.

    On August 13, I reached out through the "Contact Us" section of their website regarding a custom urn for my father. Late on August 14, I called customer service to follow up on my message. A gentleman answered and informed me that the custom urn I was inquiring about would cost between $5,000 and $6,000an astonishing *****% increase from the $300 starting price advertised on their website. I was speechless. When I questioned the dramatic price hike, he couldn't provide a clear explanation and said he would speak with his supervisor and get back to me shortly. It's now August 16, two business days later, and I still haven't heard anything. I'm hesitant to place an order due to their lack of response and the seemingly unjustified *****% price increase.
