    I paid $118 for 10 meals from this meal prep company. They were to be delivered on Sunday, 9/25, in an insulated bag with ice. There was no ice pack in the bag and they were warm. I tried one meal and had terrible food poisoning so threw the rest away. I have been a customer for a long time and assumed they were a reputable business who would apologize for their mistake and issue a refund since all 10 meals were inedible. They have refused to. Since I needed meals for my busy week, I got groceries and cooked my meals for the week Sunday. Monday afternoon they said they could deliver them that day. I let them know that I needed the meals Sunday and already got other meals for the week since they failed to deliver edible meals. Im also not home on Mondays and Tuesdays which is why I get meals delivered on a Sunday. As a compromise, I offered to have the replacement meals for the inedible meals be delivered this coming Sunday. They said thats not an option and are still refusing to issue a refund. Their terms and conditions say they will issue a refund if they send incorrect meals and will send replacement meals if you aren't satisfied. No where does it say that you can only be sent replacement meals the day after they fail to deliver the ****************************** else they will just keep your money. No where does it define what incorrect meals are, I think inedible meals are certainly incorrect. I have attached documentation containing my email exchange with their customer service department, the bill, and a copy of their terms and conditions for your review. At this point, I am only interested in a refund as my doctor has advised against eating any of their meals ever again. Thank you in advance.
