If I could leave no stars I would. Still waiting on callback for over a weerk. Paid over $3,000 for men to come hang out and leave my water running, so my water bill is super high. ******* was the main one who half-assed the job. DO NOT CALL ROTO ROOTER unless you want to just give your money away. Honestly the worst service EVER. Will be calling Easy Rooter. Again, Highly Upset and VERY DISAPPOINTED.

My main water pipe to my house from outside broke and water was bubbling up so I switched off the water and called Roro Rooter. When he came out here he said he had to dig a 2 1/2 foot hole to see if I have a glavanized steel pipe or copper, he told me it would cost $1,200 to dig the hole, I agreed because I was very upset and not thinking clearly about not having my water on. $1,200! is unacceptable, just to dig a hole and then he tells me he would have to replace the pipe to the meter and that would be $9,000, which was only 55ft and then he would have to replace the inside pipes too and that would be another $20,000 to $30,000, I said no because that is crazy pricing. I hired someone else to do the work although Roro Rooter got me while I was down for $1,200. I tried calling the manager to get some of my money back but he said no. The other plumber I hired told me that hole should have cost $200, and he replaced the pipe all the way to the water meter for only $1,800 I am so glad I didn't spend $9,000 for roto rooter. Its so sad they are allowed to take advantage of people that are so upset about their plumbing and can't think straight.
