    Cancelled subscription 6mths ago and they stopped sending product but keep billing me every month! Have tried to get them to stop billi g and they said its some sub service they dont control. It was their website! i dont want to cancel My credit card that auto pays all my bills for this one jerk. Thank you.

    Our account was charged $52.51 monthly for approximately 2.5 years = @ $1470.28 for services/ app access we did not authorize or request. The company does not have a phone number so we can contact customer service. When we E-mailed them, they told us to log in to the provided app. to be able to request a refund. We are very reluctant to log into the app as they have stolen money from us, and we don't want them to have access to our other information. They claim we signed up in 2023. We don't even know who they are or what service, besides fraud, they are providing. We are not able to contact them through the website.     I downloaded the OrganicApps App for $20 with the advertised promise of 30 day money back guarantee. I emailed the company on August 30th (25 days after purchasing) to cancel my subscription and refund my money. They emailed back procrastinating trying to get me to keep the app at a reduced rate. They then billed me again on September 5th another $20. I emailed again, to be canceled and asked that both charges be refunded since I requesting the cancelation with in the 30 money back guarantee. They refuse to refund anything but $10 which is unacceptable. The blatantly refuse to honor they advertising guarantee.

    We noticed that the user purchased a monthly subscription to Organic Fit for ***** USD on our website on Aug 5 2024.
    Our app is subscription-based, meaning the plan cost is charged upfront, and the subscription renews automatically after it expires.

    Since it wasn't purchased through the AppStore, it couldn't be seen or canceled in your AppStore subscriptions list. Kindly note deleting the app or account does not cancel the subscription.

    To cancel within the app user needs to go to Settings > Manage Subscription.

    I have requested the company cancel my subscription and stop charging my credit card in three separate occasions and the charges continue and have doubled. I am not using their app or any products or services from them. I am requesting they stop billing my credit card immediately.

    Hello there.

    Your subscription has been canceled, and we've initiated a refund for the last payment. The user may expect to see the credit on their card within 1-3 business days.

    The user purchased a six-month subscription to OrganicDance on our website back on May 21st, 2023. Since it wasn't purchased through the AppStore, it couldn't be seen or canceled in your AppStore subscriptions list. Kindly note deleting the app or account does not cancel the subscription.
    User can cancel the subscription in Settings - select Manage Subscription.

    We require at least one day's notice before the renewal date to cancel your subscription and avoid being charged.

    On March 7, 2024 I completed an advertised plan that asked if you were looking for weight loss or muscle and tone build. I answered the quiz stating muscle and tone. At the end it stated to see your plan subscribe and so I did. Once subscribed it sent you to download an app which took you back through setting up an account. The options were to lose weight which I do not want to do as I only weigh ********************************************* to not lose anymore weight but to work on building muscle. There was not a plan for that listed. I believe this was a bait and switch scheme as that I selected a different option only for that not to be a listed option once given access to the app. I canceled in less than 15 minutes once I gained access and saw that muscle build and tone was not even an option. I spoke with a few different customer service reps via email and they only offered a $15 refund which I felt was unreasonable as the service I selected was not even an option.

    I am rejecting this response because the dispute was rejected with PayPal based off of them saying their policy is no refunds however I feel that my case is different because they did a bait and switch and the program is drastically different than described.

The terms that the subscription is charged upfront are indicated on our website prior to purchase and can also be found in the App. After successful payment and registration on our site, the link for downloading the application was presented to the client and also delivered to his email. Our app is subscription-based, meaning that the cost of a plan is charged upfront and is due to renew after the paid period expires. To avoid being charged, the subscription should be canceled at least one day before the renewal date. The auto-renewal of the subscription can be canceled anytime within the app, in a PayPal account, or by notifying us about this wish. We didn't receive the customer's cancellation request before the payment proceeded. The customer was presented with a cancelation and refund policy before purchase even before checkout.

    I purchased the app on 2/26/24. $158.99 purchase price for lifetime access. i was able to access for 1 day. I logged out and now it tells me user not found. I only accepted their response because ****** responded to my complaint. NOT because I believe this company is worth dealing with.

    I never signed up for this company yet they say I have a subscription and they charged me without warning or email notification three times! The SAME DAY of the most recent charge I tried to contact then to see why they were charging then, but there is no phone number to contact them with. They say go to the app and unsubscribe but I dont have any app of theirs! This is a scam and a fraudulent company. I want a refund for all charges they charged me for a service I did not subscribe to or ever use - not even once!

    Company gives free trial using Apple subscription, trial was cancelled through Apple but this company stole my information and continuously charged my account ***** totaling ******. I do not use apps outside of Apple subscription or use PayPal to pay for safety. Other reviews on Apple and on the bbb show they have a long history of fraud/ deception in this manner. When I figured out where the money was going I contacted them and they refused to return the money even when I sent them my photos and a copy of their policy saying the subscription goes through Apple subscription and secured through iTunes.

    I signed up thinking that the video would provide me with a great tool to work out at home. The video was impossible to follow. It went from left side work out on the floor to standing way too fast. The movement didnt flow into each other making it choppy and clumsy. I asked for my money back after the first time I tried it. I couldnt last 3 minutes due to its sporadic movements.
