    Hello! Our app is subscription-based, meaning that the cost of a plan is charged upfront and is due for renewal after it expires unless canceled. Deleting the app or the account does not cancel the subscription. The subscription can be canceled at any time within the application by tapping Settings - Advanced - Manage Subscription. Also, the subscription could have been canceled by notifying ** or on customer's PayPal account; however, we didn't find any cancellation request sent before the last payment proceeded. To avoid being charged, the subscription should be canceled at least one day before the renewal date. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal. The auto-renewal of the subscription has been canceled successfully and the refund has been issued. You can see this transaction in your PayPal account.

    If I could put a negative rating I would. The same as other comments below. I dont recall making a purchase or even coming across this app. My PayPal account was charged and when I followed up the company refused to credit back the ***** amount. This company doesnt use fair business practices. Any honest company would refund amount if only our day had lapsed from what they call the trial period especially after not giving warning that you will be billed- Do not use this service !

    Same as others I was reading. I never EVER signed up for this. I missed the **** that came out of my account in February, but I got the 3**** coming out of my pay pal account. I stopped the auto debit immediately. Never ever heard of this company. Notified PayPal, the 3**** was put back into my account today. You people are money scammers. Get a job like most people.

    I don't recall ever getting this app. I started to notice that they were hitting my paypal account and greedily changing the payment methods until they got one that worked! I lodged a complaint with PayPal and I'[m currently waiting on a response from them. I never set up this app, I don't know how or why they changed the payment method without my consent but I find their tactics to be very shady. Buyer beware! This company is all about getting your money at any means necessary.

    Let me reiterate. I noted that I did not recall purchasing this app. I commented on this when I disputed this charge on PayPal and to your support reps. Your reply was that I could not get my money back. You even went across multiple payment platforms in my PayPal account when I had my bank account frozen because of unauthorized payments! Your company was one of the reasons why my Cap1 account was frozen. If you look into the application you will see that I never logged into the app nor did I ever use any other forms or means to access your services. You charged my Apple MasterCard which I did not catch right away but when you hit my Chime bank account I realized that these are unauthorized charges. Yet instead of you reaching out to see why I felt these were unauthorized charges you instead just told me I cannot get my money back. WTHeck! Your company needs to do better. I expect to be reimbursed for the charges you took without my permission. This is the only way we can resolve this.

    They make it very hard to cancel the subscription. It doesn't show up in your subscriptions on your phone. They do not send anything letting you know the subscription is about to renew. They will not refund any money even if you contact them immediately. It is my opinion things are done this way intentionally.

    We are selling subscriptions to digital weight loss plans. The terms that the subscription is charged upfront are indicated on our website before purchase and can also be found in the App. After successful payment and registration on our site, the application download link was presented to the client and delivered to his email. In independent Amplitude analytics, we see that the user has successfully downloaded and used the plan.Our app is subscription-based, meaning that the cost of a plan is charged upfront and is due to be renewed after the paid period expires. The subscription should be canceled at least one day before the renewal date to avoid being charged. The subscription auto-renewal can be canceled anytime within the app or by notifying us about this wish. However, we didn't receive the customer's refund or cancellation request before the last payment proceeded. The subscription has been canceled, and we've initiated a refund of the last three charges in the whole amount of US$99.96 in August.
