    I bought a pair of legs for my tv from ****** at ReplaceYourBase. I never received the legs. When I contacted ****** via email he told me that I had checked a shipping option called will call. I did not check such a box. However, he requested I pay him extra for shipping. I did so. Then I waited to receive the legs; which never arrived. I have contacted ****** numerous times since to request he ship the items I paid for. ****** ignores my phone calls and emails. When I checked his BBB profile several other people have been ripped off the way I have been. At this point I simply want my money back and I want nothing more to do with ******. His business is a scam.

    To Whom it May ************************* first placed this order in March of 2021. She did order the item and select our will call option. This can be seen in the attachment with her original order. We then contacted her regarding her purchase being selected for will call and that it was ready for pick-up. At time, we were located in Walnut, ** about 25 miles outside of ***********. With ******* being located in ******* we recommended purchasing shipping as she was over 300 miles away from our location. ******* then purchased shipping on July 23rd of 2021. This can be seen in the attachments under "ReplaceYourBase - invoice for order #*****". We then shipped the order and according to the tracking it was delivered on August 5th of 2021 via ***** Express with tracking number ************. Which can be seen in the attachment "Proof of Delivery". We have therefore fulfilled all responsibilities that came with ******************************* purchases from ReplaceYourBase.

    Ordered nearly three weeks ago, status still shows that item has not shipped and company has not returned any of my emails asking for an update. Shop elsewhere if you need parts for your TV, there's no reason to deal with a company like this these days when there are so many options *********************

    The description of this issue is completely false. As the customer had been fully refunded over a month ago. We do note that we had an issue with ******** order. As the item did not pass our quality assurance test.

    Company was unresponsive for 4 weeks. I notified them of my intention to file a fraud report with my credit card company and they finally responded and told me the item was out of stock and then issued me a refund.

    I purchased a replacement base on July 11th for ******* A package was delivered on July 20th that was a mangled mess of cardboard taped together in attempts to keep everything in. The item ordered was a TV base and connection for a Vizio TV however the package did not contain the connection or neck piece from the base to the TV. I emailed the company providing pictures of the package and they responded on July 21st saying that they would get the connection piece out as soon as possible. It has been a month since last contact and I have not received the connection piece. I have reached out to the company several times with no response so it leaves me no option but to turn to the BBB for help as it appears that is the only way to get an answer from this company.

    Hello,

    We are sorry to hear that your experience wasn't the best that it could have been. According to the notes on file there was an issue with delivery as ***** had completely destroyed the box and taped it against without all the the items that were initially placed in the box. We then did our best to fix ******* error by ordering in a neck for your order and then shipped it to using our expedited shipping method. According to the tracking number the item has already been delivered and you have no received the full base.
    We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused but we have done the best that we can to supply your Vizio stand.
