    Hello ****, 

    We have emailed back and forth 7 times so far. Your desired item was ordered on June 13th, shipped the same day and now your package is already due to arrive on the 16th of June. This would be 3 business days even though you had selected our most cost-efficient method of "standard shipping", which is usually delivered within 5-7 business days. We have done our best to answer your questions efficiently and honestly. If you have any questions, comments, or concerns please feel free to email us and we would be happy to help you.

    Be forewarned dealing with this company. The image on their webpage clearly showed the two new parts we needed, a pair consisting of a left and a right bracket, and a corresponding description with the manufacturers part numbers stamped on the two parts and the manufacturers part numbers included in the product description. We purchased what they advertised. But they did bait and switch. They sent one of the correct parts, but substituted the other with a part that was not an application for our TV and not what they advertised. We contacted them through Paypal and sent clear images of what they sent. They responded that we were mistaken. Until that point it couldve been a simple mistake, but their response in the face of clear evidence made it clear who we were dealing with. It was either their lie or our lying eyes. We responded. That was the last we heard from them. Replaceyourbase does not have a phone number to contact them and they do not have an e-mail contact which are standard Paypal requirements. There is also a very narrow window of opportunity per Replaceyourbases return page to resolve any complaints with them. Be aware of that short timeframe. We escalated our claim through Paypal and opened a claim through our credit card company. Beware.

    I ordered a stand for my TV from Replace Your Base and received it on October 3. I paid to send it back in its original package three days later from a ************* The package was delivered and received on October 10th at 2:06 PM.
    It is now Nov. 1st and I am still waiting for a refund! I tried contacting this company several times with no luck. This is no way run a business! Please send me my refund

    I tried to cancel my order immediately after placing it via email. That was over a week ago. Still no response. Turns out, I need a new tv, not a remote. Now, the one they sent doesn't work. I emailed them with no response so far. Now I see why they don't have a phone number.
