    ***************** me alignment and made my car worse shred my tires in a week ,he said did alignment again got worse shred my tires to the wire now he wants to sell me a kit when he said alignment again was better.tires agin down to wire and a blow out big o tire company not helping .******* blame the car when they do bad work .zero stars for the whole company

    I wish there was a no star rating. I came in after finding an online ad from Big O Tires stating $59.99 for a synthetic oil change with tire rotation. Once car was ready and at checking tires, i noticed that they had DEFINITELY not been rotated. I knew because id just gotten a flat couple months ago, and this tire was the only misfit tire on the front driver side. At the time i informed the manager , he said yes the tires are rotated.. After i explained the situation, he went to the shop in the back to confirm that it had been done. At that point i heard yelling , and someone getting shoved against the door. Now, i thought to myself " what type of business is this?" Does employee abuse still exist? 🤷🏽‍♀️Am I in the U.S ? I was truly baffled. The Manager comes back through the door and apologizes, and tells me to bring the car back in. The problem was that now i did not trust anything about this shop , the employees, the work, i was shocked and feared retaliation. I ended up paying for a half service, and the most awkward experience ive ever had. Please, do not take your car, money, and time to this unscrupulous business. I feel that because i am a women i was lied to. And only hope that this incident does not repeat itself
