I entered into an agreement with Empire ******************************* to run an ecommerce store through ******* for passive ****** about a year ago. The *** that was discussed was 14months and example stores were shown. I paid roughly ******* and completed the process of "onboarding" which are step by step instructions provided by this company in order to apply for a store through *******. This application was denied within a week or so. *********** then pivoted to opening an ****** ecommerce store using similar onboarding steps. This store was accepted and opened. Over the past year the store has been "suspended" multiple times. The final time it was suspended I decided to do my own audit as my business bank account was not reflecting the ******** of net profit ************** "Sales Tracker" (displays net profits, cost of goods etc.) stated. During my audit I discovered almost ****** of charges on my business credit card that were not listed in their Sales Tracker. I have now lost upwards of ******* by partnering with this company and when I had a scheduled call to discuss my findings, the **** phone in addition to the **************** liasons phone both go to voicemail. I hope this complaint helps others in their decision making if they ever decide to go down the path of ecommerce. I have asked for a refund due to *********** breaking our agreement with no response.

    Hi *******,
I called in and your team told me to email you these details:

I'm the CEO of Empire Ecommerce and we received notification of a complaint on our *** profile around September 19.

This review is not from a real client of ours. I believe it's from a competitor trying to sabotage us as they did one time before, earlier this year. When this happened earlier this year, you helped get it removed fairly quickly which I'm grateful and hoping is a similar case with this one.

Can you please help me with getting this false complaint removed?

    Best,

    *****

    Thank you,
