This company is a sham. I invested $25000 to setup an Amazon store. After 3 months of operation the store was suspended for suspected fraud because of mismanagement. It has been 1 1/2 years and Amazon still owes me $33k on products that were shipped to clients and I am sitting on $36k in CC bills

I wish I could give a lower rating. I signed up for this program from a presentation *********************** CEO, did on or just before December 2020, the user activation email was 12/15/2020. I was almost automatically put on "vacation mode" and then months later my store went from "activate" to deactivate in less than 30 days. There were multiple notifications this was going to happen. I sent in trouble tickets to extra warn them and they were completely ignored. I jumped through all of their hoops, signed up for all of their "required" paid subscriptions (which is not included), and started an LLC, dedicated bank account, and dedicated credit cards. I've spent well over $22,000 which includes the minimum buy-in and business start-up. Not to mention the continued cuts to my out-of-pocket bank account for all these BS subscriptions. I email, text, or call almost every week to check on the status, which I should have done every day. It's been almost 2 years now and I still get the runaround with very vague responses or none at all for months. I've requested my money back multiple times and I get the same result. Earlier this year they realized their continued failure and offered me a store worth $45K, but how much is a store really worth if nothing has continued to happen? Not only is this unsatisfactory, disappointing, and stressful, it feels like a scam. 22K dollars is not disposable and my family could have really used that money through COVID vs. all of this added stress, a broken contract, and an empty promise. I would advise anyone against giving this company anything.
