    I ordered from them 3 weeks ago for hardware that was ready to ship according to their website. I have had no contact since I paid and no shipping info. I have tried to contact them to ask questions about shipping through e-mail, text and phone message and am being ignored. this is terrible customer service and I'm now working with my bank to try to get a refund and cancel this order. According to their website my order is unfulfilled and that's all the info I have. disgraceful

    MJC shipped the wrong set of hardware after sitting on my order for a month. Then, when I tried to contact them to correct their error I got the run around, then I got ignored. Given their service so far, I do not recommend this business. If they get their act together, I will come back to report on their performance.
