    I spent alot of time doing surveys and the things you can do and spend your own money on. But then out if no where they suspended and deactivated my account. I had a good amount of credits to turn in for rewards. And when I write them, they refpinded my account was deactivated and the case was closed. No explanation of what I did wrong. I even went to other sites and spent money and never received my bonuses.

    Prodege relies heavily on Artificial Intelligence, which is the most efficient way to make profits today. If you catch the AI misreading your receipts, you have to submit a ticket for review. Good luck getting a timely response because a human apparently has to review it, it could take several day and cost you a 100s of points. If you are trying to make this activity fun, be careful it can cause a lot of stress. It can be addictive, and cause stress when you work for so long (for hours on end) and find you are stressing out for a few dollars. I have found at times you can make more money in less time rounding up shopping carts in Aldi's parking lot with a lot less stress.

    This company has always been bad about getting paid for things your do but it was a couple bucks a month to use on amazon... We were asked to verify our address which I did then verify a cell phone yup no problems doing that....But then they want a photo of our driver's license and a photo of our face using their photo recognition software... No, no way will I do that. the fact that that information can be sold or even hacked is just wrong. and if a company that is developing facial recognition software get a hold of it along with your ID that can be used for a lot of bad things. People need to know this is happening on this site and they will hold your money until you comply, and it seems they are picking and choosing those who they force this on... It feels really unsafe to give them this information

    Don't get rewards and no longer have ANY ******** *******.
    I used MyPoints since the early 2000's and NEVER had an issue until 2021. I redeemed points for a $100.00 gift card-but I NEVER received a gift card, a gift card code, NOTHING. and my points were of many months of no response, this is what you get.
    Don't waste your time with this company,

    Bad company. No resolution after deactivating my account for no apparent reason. Resolve this issue asap. I had Sb pending and then I couldn't login anymore.
