    I have been a member of ********* for over a decade and they have always upheld their end of the bargain. Consistent payouts, and if an issue with tracking or account problems happens to arise support has always been helpful in resolving it. The best site of its kind.

    Swagbucks deactivated my account without explanation. I literally just received emails from them, encouraging me to take more surveys, yesterday. The alert on my mobile directs me to log in on a browser for further assistance, but the website will not allow me to log in. I don't know what suddenly changed overnight, but this ordeal makes the negative reviews seem very accurate.

    I’m a certified paralegal (not by career but a choice along my educational path) and have read thoroughly the agreements and requirements Swagbucks is obligated to withhold even to users, even though they’re minimal. Their minimum requirements to survey users are to optimize the surveys given to them according to length and repetitive Q&A and the other requirement is within being truthful with the time allotment. My experience leads me to escalate to BBB and file a complaint. This company, if you can call it that, is unethical at best and completely fraudulent at worst. Their customer service will be viewing your account for discrepancies and awarding decisions in your favor on receipt of “Swagbucks” with no negative warning or alerts that they believe you as an end user to be out of compliance. My experience, they were viewing my account for a straight week on a few activities that I submitted to their service teams as areas I should’ve received SB tokens. Then, I was eligible for a $25 gift card so THE VERY NEXT DAY they deactivated my account without warning. Now, their customer support team is claiming without reason or explanation that I have violated their terms of compliance. Not only can that not be true, but they won’t resolve the issue by giving me the gift card that took over 24 hours to get meaning I’m only asking, as most users are I surmise on here, for one measly cent per hour for the hours contributed. SCAM, FRAUD, DISCRIMINATION, and more will be done by this “company” to not pay you. Do NOT sign any agreements or participate in anything with their name on it as they don’t mean anything. They mustn’t have a legal team nor even care that their terms and actions are illegal, but as someone with a legal background I know better. Anyone who would like to file a lawsuit with me, I am available for discussion.

    I started using Swagbucks less than a week ago & spent about $50 to hopefully make more money than I would without pay to play. They deactivated my *********** have no recourse or way to talk to them. It's a scam please don't fall for it. I should of looked at reviews 1st & saved myself some $

    I had just created my acccount with Swagbucks 2 weeks ago. Total earning was $61. I cashed out 50 bucks to get ******* gift card. Very first thing happened to me was my account is deactivated for no reason. This is very frustrating and disappointing. And customer support is giving me random reason for my account deactivation which is ridiculous. Ive done nothing wrong. They just dont want to pay people for doing surveys. Keeping all the money for themselves. BBB should take some strict action against the Swagbucks. So they can stop deactivating peoples account for no reason. I earned $61 dollars in 13 days. Customer support said *** done surveys way too fast. There should be some action taken against Swagbucks. If I can give below zero stars Ill give to the Swagbucks. And negative negative rating everywhere. I hope Swagbucks see this review.

    Ridiculous offers that are unattainable in InboxDollars. I am currently playing Rise of Kingdoms to try and reach ***** dollars. I am playing all day, morning, and nigh,t and currently spent about 500 dollars. Only to learn it is almost impossible to achieve the ***** prize for the level they want in a month. Deceitful practices to gain funds for games/platforms with the belief of earning a prize.

    I've been using Swagbucks for about 6 years now, I created my account In 2019 and have accumulated nearly 5 thousand dollars in rewards since then. Just today, while waiting for $180 worth of points to hit my account after completing an offer to redeem towards a 250$ ******* gift card to cover groceries for this month, my account was suspended without giving me a reason. So Swagbucks has decided to hold $280 hostage from me with no explanation whatsoever! During these terrible times in our countries economic crisis, I NEED that money to literally not starve this month.
