    Techician serviced fridge charged $295 which is just little under the limit for a property repair, charged for "thermostat" replacement and fridge is still not working properly and freezing milk, Prime Genius response was to lower temp on fridge, setting is at 3 already and to NOT put milk all the way towards back of the fridge.I'm very much dissatisfied with my experience with this vendor, seem the $295 was just to charge something then for them to state they can discount $100 for inconvenience estimate to replace fridge for Amana fridge cost $918 plus labor and delivery of $250 total is $1218 mind you they already sent invoice for the $295 for issue that was exactly the same once they serviced and after they serviced but justify the " Thermostat" Replacement.

    He came early for the appointment time set, and it was good for me as I dont have to wait. He did it quickly and helped me fixed the oven on its place. He also advised me to not overcrowd the bottom drawer of the oven for safety. Thank u so much.
