    Prime is the best. They can fix anything. No body could fix it Viking fridge but prime genius did

    First time using prime, ****** showed up, I open the door to the freezer he said exactly what the problem was and went about fixing it properly we definitely use prime again

    I will definitely use Prime Genius again, if I need help. I am a DIY when I can, but could not fix my GE gas range. I had two other technicians out prior to ****** coming, both failing to fix my issue. ****** knew the challenge and resolved it in short order. The following day when I was moving things back in to place, I mistakenly turned a gas line ever so slightly. I didn't realize and was worried when I smelled gas. ****** came back out the next day at 7:30am on a day off and helped me resolve it. Everything is working great now.A+Thank you!!!

    Again, they came out to fix a bad part on the new part that was installed. They did it very graciously, and fixed it within one day Masood did a fantastic job! I highly recommend this company and him for any type of repair work.
