      This store price gouges. They want 5.99 For a gallon of milk. 8.99 for 1 pound cheap cheese.. Theyll put a sale price on an item and charge double when you check out. Someone really needs to do an investigation on the store. This has happened too many people in our town. Again, hopefully someone can do some kind of investigation and put a stop to the price gouging.. I have had multiple incidences at the store. This is the only Grocery store We have in town. They really need to shut the store down and have a store that does not take Advantage of the locals in town. Its stealing and its wrong.

      I ordered flowers online and was charged 75% more than the order confirmation receipt without an explanation. ($33.09 total charged my card at $56)The customer service center took hours to get a hold of and could not provide any answers.The Yreka store manager (******?) was extremely rude and unhelpful. He literally laughed at me on the phone and does not care at all about providing any level of service. I dont understand how they get away with charging almost double of the order total for no reason without explanation. I am pretty sure this is fraud.I ultimately cancelled the order and will not be doing business here ever again, and I recommend that you do not either.

      I contacted Bashas' with an email to bashascustomerservice alerting them to the fact there are several products listed for sale on their Instacart page not carried by the store. This is an illegal practice of false advertising.I included in the email screenshots of the Instacart item listings advertised as sold at the store that the store did not have in their inventory when I visited the store to shop for those items.******' customer service did not respond to my email and did not remove the items from their Instacart page.

      I ate lentils from Bashas that contained a rock in them and chipped my tooth, which is going to cost $1700-2000 to fix. The rock was the same size as a lentil so I obviously didnt notice anything when cooking them. I tried contacting their customer service and havent heard back.

      Buyer be warned!Be careful if you shop at Raleys! They allow expired products to remain on the shelves way past their expiration date.ex: Tuesday 10/3/23 there were carrots still on the shelves that expired 9/25/23.Another example: ******* that I bought Tuesday 10/3/23 expired 9/2/23. Its expired by a month

      RACISTS, HOMOPHOBIC, AND EVILS!!! Went to ******** ****************************************************************************************** around noon, and they called the cops withing minutes!!! Very evil white old families cussing at me , and STILL tried to support Raleys. Literally loaded my basket as full as I could!!!Then the Asian Cashier called the cops, it was sooo uncomfortable. He also Broke my ITS ITS ICEECREAM SANDWHICHES WHILE SCANNING, THEY ARE MADE FROM ************!!!WHERE IS GOD??!! Noboby stole anything, they were racially diverse people, and the police looked used up/depressed/not cared for. They also could not see any crimes since nobody did nothing. Although I could've pulled out cash, I refuse to support the racists and lames at YC Raleys! I said put it all back and gave them nothing.This is a direct war agianst everything ***************** has fought HARD agiansts regarding racism.?????? This happened on the evening of May 20th,2023. Please help and hire people of color/stop discrimination!!!

      I have shopped at Bel-Air/Raley's for over 30 years, and watched the customer service, restocking of the shelves, and quality of fruits and vegetables go down hill. I shop their because it is the closest grocery store to where I live, and for no other reason. Today, I purchased groceries and was looking for a store credit for the battery powered pumpkin I bought for Halloween that became defective. Less than a week since Halloween, the store had already cleared out all the Halloween items from the store, so I couldn't show them the UPC code on the item. As a reward customer, and the fact that it was a recent purchase I thought they could use my debit card to pull up the receipt, to show what I had paid, but was told there was no way to do that, I needed my actual receipt, again I just wanted a store credit, and never thought of keeping a grocery receipt. I hope this can be resolved, because, this is the icing on the cake, with all the other issues they have. I honestly didn't appreciate how snippy the store manager was to me when I asked for a credit. It was all a unpleasant surprise to me.
