      This company calls me from 30 different numbers, 3 times per number a day, everyday. They are violating several state and federal laws. I have never once contacted them or inquired anywhere for a mortgage. I have had kine for 17 yrs. I've told them repeatedly to leave me alone and that this is harassing and illegal. My next step is to file a case against them, with the penalty being 10k per contact. We are at over 300 unsolicited messages and contact from them.

      Thank you for providing the feedback regarding solicitation phone calls.  Velocity Commercial Capital is a commercial and business purpose mortgage lender, only making such  loans. Velocity does not make residential mortgage loans on primary residences, and does not solicit applicants at any time.  Unfortunately, bad actors may attempt to spoof a company or structure the phone number they are calling from in an attempt to appear like a legitimate business.

      This business lists and directs their customers to my personal cellphone number. I spoke to someone from the company to get my number removed and they offered me a commission to field clients, I declined and asked for my number to be removed. I also sent a message on LinkedIn that was not answered. I would like my phone number removed immediately please.
