      PHH Mortgage is one of the most corrup and outrage mortgage company or receiver to deal with. I have two mortgages with a company name Velocity Commercial Capital Mortgage LLC they have offices through Florida and one California. In Early March of 2023 I refinance a loan with Velocity Commercial Capital Mortgage they have PHH has their receiver for the Loan is it a mightmare, I kept getting fees every month 50% over the actual monthly payment of the loan. I have a monthly payemnt of $3,334.11 and the loan is due on the 11 of each month if paid after the 11 of any month the fees PHH MORTGAGE CHAGES range from $1088 plus $754 expense fee which fee that they have created out of the contract to ripped off consumers like me of their hard working dollars. NO NOT USE PHH MORTGAGE, NOR THIER AFFILIATES VELOCITY COMMERCIAL CAPIATL LLC, THEIR BROKERS MARQUES CAPITAL, COMMERCIAL DIRECT just to name these few. IF YOU ARE FACING FORCLOSURE PROCEEDING SALE THE PROPERTY INSTEAD OF EGTTING LOAN FROM THESE FOLKS.
