      We ordered two headlamps on September 20, 2024. Our credit card was charged the amount of $113.93 and we have not received the product. We have sent an email with no response and the phone number provided is not in service.

      I purchased a 1200 TC Flashlight that is supposed to be indestructible, and yet when it got a little water on it, The water got into the lens area and condensated, And now has reduced lighting ability because it’s fogged up. I have followed the process by trying to contact their customer service on multiple occasions, and there is never a response. And yet sales continue by the company to unsuspecting people.

      Ordered 2 Ultra Power Pro Lanterns on August 10, 2024. My credit card was charged and I have not received the product. I emailed them and have not received a reply. I've tried calling and they don't answer.

      On 6/14/24 I placed an order for lanterns and flashlights, order # 85A5CF4ED5. My credit card was charged in the amount of $95.93. I have never received these items. Attempts to contact customer service result in messages stating the phone numbers are not in service. I want the products or a complete refund.

      I ordered an advertised head lamp from them and had ordered in the past. My order was placed on line on February 19, 2023 and I have only been able to reach the company once after trying more than ten times over the past four months. None of the phone numbers are in service and the one time I did contact someone they just said that it was a production problem and that would be resolved more than three months ago. I just want my money back and to be done with this company.

      I ordered 2 flashlights for Christmas which never arrived. I have sent multiple emails in the last 2 months asking why the flashlights have not arrived. They claimed there was a shipping problem and my order would be coming soon. Still, no order has ever come. Today I requested a refund but am beginning to wonder if I will ever see the money returned. At first, I thought these people were at best unorganized but now I suspect that they are simply dishonest scammers.

      Order was placed and after 3 weeks have heard nothing. Emailed about order and have heard nothing in response. Order was for $123. Still nothing from the company.
