      I ordered two headlamps in later February. My mid March, I did not receive the headlamps. I tried calling two different phone numbers listed on the website. Both numbers were out of service. I finally received a call from someone who offered me a shipping credit and promised my order would ship. 79 days later, I still have not received my order. I would steer clear of this company and would give them no stars if I could.

      Avoid this company at all cost. They SUCK!! Ordered four flashlights in December 0f 2023. Delay after delay. Got my couple bucks of shipping refunded as an apology. More delays. They finally responded to an email and said the delay was caused by the Safety Disks being out of stock. Reminded them that I didn't order those and only have ordered flashlights. They apologized and refunded 40% due to this being the end of March or April and stated that the flashlights would be sent the next day. Nothing received and it is May 1st. Now they completely ghost me. No responses to emails now and phone numbers ring once and then goes dead.
      Terrible company. Wish I could give them 0 stars.

      A while back I ordered headlamps. Took over a month AFTER I called them. On February 22, 2024 stupid me ordered 2 lanterns for $61. Now they've got it set up to where there's no phone number or any other way to contact them. I am so ticked off I could scream! And that's putting it in a "polite" way of saying how I feel if you know what I mean...By the way this is the third address they've had

      We have only ever had one address at a time. We moved offices a few years ago, but only one time. Our email address has never changed. We also have a phone number available on our website as well as an email contact form. - We checked your account and you did not place two orders for Lanterns. There is only one on file and that order did ship and was received by you. We are sorry for the delay; we do not know if an order has shipped unless a customer notifies us. We are glad you did receive it. Thank you

      Ordered in mid July and still waiting at the end of September for my bug zappers (which I no longer need!). Called twice- the first time they said there was a backorder, the second time they said the same thing but finally offered me a partial discount. I am going to call a third time and demand my money back, we shall see what happens. This company is a scam- do not purchase from them!

      I searched this company to see if it is a scam. I placed and order at the beginning of June. After a few weeks of nothing, I contacted them. They said the same as other people have reported here - your order will ship this week. Weeks went by and still nothing. I called again and asked to cancel the order. I was told they couldn’t give me a confirmation of cancellation because the order was in process. It’s the end of July and I have not received the product or a refund. Money down the drain. Steer clear of this company.

      Poor communication from 1TAC regarding possible purchase. I placed an order, but no tracking available of product and no communication from the company as to why or where my product purchase was. I waited weeks with NO support from the company. I finally requested a refund by cashier check and NOTa refund on my credit card. They ignored my refund request and supposedly refunded on my credit card without honoring my request. No customer support or explanation as to why the product wasn’t sent to me after placing order. I will not recommend purchasing from this company.

      I ordered 6 packs of the Safety Discs, for a total of 18 discs. Yes, I experienced discrimination in what I purchased and what I paid. They did give me a small refund. However, upon receiving these discs, I opened each one up to place batteries in them because I had planned on giving them to my adult children and wanted to make sure they all worked. Out of the 18, 5 became extremely hot within minutes of placing the batteries in. So hot, I ran outside because I thought they might catch fire. Each require 3 - AAA batteries. I am not going to say I was burnt, but they were EXTREMELY hot. I did take the back off of each and placed the batteries to all 18 discs. On 2/27/2023 I called the number listed on the packing list and was on hold for 21 minutes at which time the called was disconnected. I did call back and was not on hold that long. I spoke with Felix and was told to take pictures of the 5 discs, front and back, and email this to their "support" email address (BBB won't let me put in the email address). I never received confirmation of receipt nor has anything been done. Felix promised me I would hear something within a week. Nothing. I am so disappointed. I sent an email today requesting a full refund of my purchase. I have never sent these to my children, thank goodness, now I just want to be done with this company.

      I placed an order in 12/30/2022 and called customer support twice asking for a tracking number. My call today ended with the same promise;upper management looking into it. Still have received no info on the status of my order.

      Ordered off of Facebook add. On1/3/23. Checked progress and showed still processing order. No confirmation on shipping. Sent email to support2@1Tac as shown on webpage to cancel order 1/15/23. No response. Called the phone number listed and spoke to a Mr F**** who said they would put in my request to cancel but there was no email canceling the order on record. They were going to ship the order anyways and I would have to return it. Not able to credit my account at this time. DO NOT DO BIZ with this company. Something stinks with them
