      Wish I could rate them zero stars. Absolutely horrible company. I wish my initial mortgage company didn’t sell my mortgage to these idiots. I received an email saying an escrow analysis was completed resulting in a payment change. These stupid people raised my monthly payment $216 and tried to say my real estate taxes were increased by over $2000 for the year. Little do they know, I get a copy of the real estate tax document from my county and it actually went down a little bit. This horrible company tried to pull a fast one on me by making me pay a lot more into escrow. After many phone calls and talking to people who didn’t speak very good English, I was able to get someone to change everything to what it should be as long as I listened to their disclosure. I am more than likely going to put a stop to my escrow account and just pay my county taxes and insurance on my own so they don’t steal money from me. This company needs to be shut down immediately.

      TERRIBLE ESCROW DEPARTMENT!! UNTRAINED EMPLOYEES WHO DO NOT CARE ABOUT SCREWING UP YOUR ESCROW ACCCOUNT AND GETTING YOU TO THE PROPER DEPARTMENT TO PREVENT IT FROM HAPPENING INTHE FIRST PLACE. !!!! IT'S A WASTE OF TIME TO CALL AND TELL THEM NOT TO RELEASE A LARGE AMOUNT OF MONEY TO THE INSURANCE COMPANY YOU ARE NO LONGER STAYING WITH BECAUSE THEY WILL SEND IT ANYWAY AND OVERDRAW YOUR ACCOUNT, THEN RAISE YOUR MONTHLY PAYMENTS AND TELL YOU ITS YOU, NOT THEM WHO HAS TO SPEND MORE TIME ON THE PHONE GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK FROM THE WRONG INSURANCE COMPANY!!!!!
