This company is not recommended! They photo shopped a signature and added $10,000.00 to a bill. The job was on a contingency upon approval to financing, they went ahead without our approval to begin the work and finished before having any answer on being financed , they also did a bait and switch on a A/C unit.

We have used Absolute Airflow since 2019 to service multiple properties. We had not had any issues with them until these past 2 years. We have made multiple appointments with them online and over the phone which have resulted in no shows. They have not even reached out to notify us that no one would show up. Upon contacting them, they relayed that they have been overbooked and there are no service technicians available during our appointment time. I do not understand how you can promise a service, confirm through email and not show up. This past appointment was the same. After reaching out, they guaranteed that they would call me back to make this right but no call has been received from them. This is my last time doing business with what has become a very UNRELIABLE company.

Beware of this company!! The technicians are all very young. They appear to have been all mass trained to do basic HVAC work, but are not trained to do anything beyond finding something wrong and charging you an exorbitant amount of money to repair it. It feels like a HUGE scam. I had my HVAC cleaned and then a month later it stopped working, I had it repaired for $1500 and it has never worked properly since. The technician has been called four times now. I finally asked for a expert to come out and look at the issues. This fourth time it looks like I am now being ghosted by the technician. No one has showed up for the appt. and the technician no longer answers the phone number he gave me. I am still waiting for the company manager to call me back. No response yet. Do not deal with this coming.

Hire company to fix a pin hole leak in a pipe . They said the would have to Replumb the whole house because we had several prior leaks and it would be good to do that so we did for cost of $7000 and as a replumb that they tore holes all over the house just trying to find the main which didnt need to because our plumbing was underneath the foundation. All they had to do is shut it off, then they told us our water heaters were no good. We had two of them and that was gonna cost us a couple thousand dollars more so we ended up putting in tankless water heater by the time the job was all said and done for it took him three weeks with several mistakes and several weeks to complete the job $22,000 later three months after completing the job we had a leak in the roof and our ceiling came caving in. We called them to come fix. It took three days to come look at it. Meanwhile our roof was leaking and all the floor in our kitchen would never hire this company ever again and would not refer them to anybody they did a terrible job and Im still waiting for months five months later to have that little leak fixed and my ceiling repaired

I had a technician come to my house about a month ago to assess inadequate airflow into a couple of rooms in my house. He stated that it likely because of the way the ducting was just laying on the ceiling joists rather than being hung in the attic. He also told me that the freon levels were low and that the system was over amping. He stated he cleaned the coils and at the end he turned the system back on and everything was working normally which I confirmed (despite weak airflow in a couple of rooms). He offered to re-gas the freon but I declined as he said it wasnt critical since I dont use the ** often. So I was charged $150 and enrolled into an annual service agreement. Fast forward to a month later, I turn the ** on, left my house for a couple of hours and when I returned the house was only cooler by 1-2 degrees so I called for another technician to come out. The second technician stated that the service for diagnosis and repair would be $666. I had no other choice but to agree and pay since it was hot and needed my system to work. After ************************************************* the system and that my only options were to buy new coils for $12K or replace with a whole new system for $18K. My question is why didnt the first technician tell me that I had leaks during the first $150 inspection? If I would have known that wouldnt have paid $666 for a second technician to come out and tell me that. I spoke to the service manager ****** and he told me that he spoke to the technicians and it became a subjective game of he said, she said. ****** also said that he could not issue a refund but that he could use the $800+ that I spent towards a brand new $18K ** system that they would be happy to install which I declined. This entire experience has been a bait and switch style approach to collecting payments for essentially nothing. $800+ spent to be told I will have to spend thousands of dollars to address is immoral and a complete scam.

I have a very bad experience with this HVAC contractor. I think that before signing up with a salesman, make sure he provides a guarantee agreement that he takes care of everything, from installation down to securing and scheduling permit. After I signed up, there is not any single call or text I sent that he responded and I called many times their office, I followed several times about the permit, but there was never any follow up from them. The invoice is very clear that permit is one of the things they will take care of. They are the WORST!!Wow! I should have done my due diligence and looking at the review right now , I should have never signed up anything with them.Unbelievable!

This review is written based off of multiple interactions with the Westminster branch of Absolute Airflow, specifically in regards to the plumbing department. Technician: ******, Manager: *******************, bait & switch style tactics, and immoral. Avoid this company AT ALL costs. Willing to offend you if you frustrate them with valid questions. Also, I asked the technician 3 times for his manager to call me. Never received a call, email, or text. I ALSO called this branchs office & spoke with a receptionist who assured me the manager would call me. Never received a call, email, or text. They are trying to violate their contract by performing 1/3rd of scope of work and attempting to charge me for the entire amount of it. It literally says on their contract that it is "ILLEGAL to request payment for services not performed", but they won't revise their contract nor reach out to me. They just repeatedly send the bill and ignore my requests to speak with a manager. Tell your friends, families, and coworkers. Avoid this business at all costs.

I purchased a heat pump systm for over $30K on 1/23. By 7/23 the system had leaked water all over our attic, closet area, and downstairs. Dealing with AA to resolve this problem has been A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE FOR 5 MOS.It took mos for AA to determine the problem with our system- an uninstalled internal water pan that was overlooked. This omission was overlooked by AA time and again who had to return to our house perhaps **** times in all. Different visits with different employees. EVERY visit we were told, We think that will fix your problem. Only to have: more water from the ceiling- over and over again, little or no AC, no heat, system inoperable, drain to sink not working, thermostat d/n work. After much dispute, AA was compelled to replace the whole system. Only then was it determined that the problem was an uninstalled pan- but during the intervening months, the systm had been destroyed beyond repair with mold and water damage. AA never informed us of the extent of the irreparable damage while attempting to band aid the old system.AA contracts with a 3rd party to restore interiors that their systms have damaged. This 3rd party also was a NIGHTMARE to work with. Our stairway and upstairs area was plastic wrapped for 5 mos, left air dryers running for a week, would give us appt windows and never show up, then would show up with no appt or provide 30 min to an hr notice of arrival, impossible to contact- had to speak with AA constantly to move the ball forward, poor work results- carpets torn and discolored, refused to replace damaged carpets, holes in walls, missed painting and incorrect color. The ENTIRE project had to be QB'd by us. Never a proactive check-in or follow up by AA. Every step of this 5 month NIGHTMARE had to be pushed forward by me. Finally, AA has only apologized for the inconveniences, poor service, length of project, poor project management and ultimately incompetence.
