Where should I begin??? I had a tech come out to my home since the ** was not cooling properly. After spending about a full day on-site (definitely didn't know what he was doing) through several calls/texts "grooming me" like someone who wanted to take advantage of you, continued trying to upsell me on things that were most likely not needed. He came back the next day to add refrigerant as he stated I may have a leak and it was low. He went on about the cost of it and how it is like "liquid gold" since it is no longer allowed in newer ** units. From what he thought may be a small amount needed, he ended up putting in 3 that amount and didn't state in advance what the charge should be. I didn't feel comfortable with the charges from the two days he was there, so I called my "go-to" ** man (Absolute Airflow was called w/o my knowledge to just do a tune-up), and he stated that the issue should have been diagnosed within approximately 20 or so minutes on the first day and the charge should have been only a few hundred, not over $2,000!!! So, I called AA back and asked to speak to a manager regarding the charges. After a lengthy conversation, he agreed to refund a sizable amount to "make me happy". When that check arrived, I deposited it, only to find out it BOUNCED!!! My first gut feelings speaking to the tech who came out were now solidified, I feel I was taken advantage of and this company has a practice of upselling customers and charging more than what should be done with their "pricing" chart. I have been told another check has been issued, but I'm not holding my breath. Be very aware of advertisements on their site for low "tune-**** or other services. I'm not sure how they have so many high reviews, yet I had such an opposite experience. I've also checked out the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and confirmed my experience with others.

A really nice technician came out to work on our broken A/C. He fixed it rather quickly and did not go over what the "end cost would be" until handing us an invoice. for over $1400. It was for two parts, Compressor saver kit $725 and *************** Control for $650. The invoice was handed to us and we were in shock. Nothing was quoted prior to repair...no permission to do what he did and also no break down for his labor. We paid it because after all we are in a heat wave but questioned the price of the parts being this high. The technician actually laughed. I have since called the Company COUNTLESS times to get an invoice with a breakdown feeling that the invoice and charges are way out of line. The parts he put in can be purchased for $25 each. That would put one hour (or less) of labor at over $1300. They will not provide the breakdown and have ignored all calls an emails. To add insult to injury, the ********************* won't cover any portion of this repair because we couldn't wait 10 days for their own technician to come out.

The first technician who came out and inspected my furnace and my AC units. Told me I needed Motors and then my systems would be like brand new. So he installed them and on June 30th 2023 I turned on my AC units they turned on and then they turned off I called absolute airflow Saturday July 1st. They then send out another technician who told me that the first technician was no longer working with them. I then show him my two AC units and immediately when he saw the first one he told me that the motor that he replaced was the wrong motor and the shaft was hitting my compressor which put a hole in it and then he opened up my second AC unit and noticed the wires were connected wrongly which caused the motor to burn he took pictures and call HR and his manager and told them and they told him that they would get back to me well I waited until July 5th when I called and spoke with a person on the phone and this person told me that they would get back to me by the end of the day. Well it's past the end of the day and they never got back to me. This whole tune up costed me over $4,000 the only one thing I can say good is the second Tech was truthful with me. Waiting to hear back from you absolutely
