    Manlytshirt will not provide me with their return address so that I can return the merchandise that I purchased and receive a full refund. I have asked many times, but instead of giving me the address so that I can return the merchandise, they keep offering me additional discounts and offer me to purchase additional merchandise. I told them many times that I dont want their merchandise, and I will not accept additional offers and no exceptions. Every time I ask for a refund they tell me due to a higher than usual volume of requests, their refund process is currently experiencing significant delays and at the moment, the fastest theyre are able to process refunds is within six months. Manlytshirt refused to mail me all the merchandise that I ordered until after I sent them many emails. Their merchandise is made with poor quality fabrics, faux leather and materials. Their website provides instructions for returning merchandise, but Manlytshirt will not provide the return address and will not refund its customers according to their policy on their website.

    This company is a complete and total scam. A complete fraud. They are actually based in *****, not *******. I ordered a t-shirt on their site which showed up nothing like the t-shirt advertised on their site. It wasnt even made out of the same fabric as advertised, nor was it the same color or cut as advertised. They have no return process on their site you have to email them in *****. So I emailed them in ***** to ask for a refund, and then they proceeded to barrage me with a series of harassing questions, such as: How do you know the shirt doesnt fit? How can you tell what fabric it is? How can you tell that the color isnt the same as the website? When I wrote them back, they had blocked my email address so I couldnt even respond to them. All I want is my money refunded to me from this fraudulent, deceptive, fake company.

    March 21. Ordered 2 shirts and 2 jackets online. Said deliver would be by 25th online. One not looking at all like the shirt pictured online showed up on the 12th of April. None of the other 3 showed up. They say out of stock and keep offering exchanges. Refuse to refund. Seems like an online scam that fell for and not reputable.

    I'm filing a complaint against Manlyshirt for:Failure to honor a timely order cancellation.Failure to provide return instructions.Repeatedly sending unhelpful, automated responses.On March 13, 2025, I placed order MT304619 with Manlyshirt. Within three hours, before shipping, I submitted a cancellation request. Manlyshirt shipped the order anyway.Upon receiving the unwanted order, I immediately requested return information and a full refund. For five weeks, Manlyshirt has sent the same automated response: "So sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. The refund failed, so we refunded again." This ignores my requests for:Refund processing date/time Refund transaction ******* used for refund Refund timeframe Prepaid return label Return shipping address Packaging instructions RMA number (if required)Manlyshirt's repeated automated messages show a disregard for my requests and poor customer service.The jacket I received was poor quality and differed significantly from the website's photos. While secondary, this adds to my dissatisfaction.Desired Resolution:I seek:A full refund for the cancelled order (MT304619).A prepaid return label and instructions for returning the items.I request the Better Business Bureau's assistance in obtaining this resolution from Manlyshirt.Additional Information:Attached are copy of my latest email correspondence with Manlyshirt.     Ive been trying to collect a refund from manly T-shirts for quite some time. They sent me the wrong item and I requested to send it back for a refund and they are refusing to refund me the item and only offering to replace the item. They sent the wrong item and then said they would refund me, but it would take six months. Not sure why a refund would take them six months. They are advertising items that are different from the ones they are providing. I would like to make a formal request for false advertisement and customer service.

    They never sent me the jacket I ordered, but told me that it was being shipped twice. Then told me that they were unable to send it. So they suggested I pick a differet item. I didn't want soemthing else, so I asked them to cancel it and refund me the money they owed me. After a lot of back and forth, they agreed to cancel it, but told me that it would take at least 6 months for them to refund my card. I refuted this with **************** today as well.

    Product Ordered Oct 2024. Product was not as advertised. After repeated negotiation over several months, ManlyTshirt notified me in early February 2025 that refund was processed. I have checked with ******************* frequently and no refund has ever been received. Then on March 2 2025 I received an email from Manlytshirt stating refund was processed. As of April 11 2025 still no refund has been received by credit card company to apply to my account. ******************** has given several excuses for the refund not being received. ******** vendor stated it might take 6 months to receive refund. These are all just games by the vendor hoping I will give up. I have attached the email thread with Manlytshirt. I also have been communicating with them via the messaging app inside instagram. I do not know how to get those messages into a file that I can upload to this complaint. However the comunication via instagram is very similar to the email thread.

    December 2024 I received the coat and did not like the way it fit **** paid them $78.34 for the coat.I asked for a refund and after hashing things out through many emails, they and I agreed to a 70% refund.They sent me an email recently that stated my refund had been issued, but it was not.I found them on a ******** ad.

    This should be simple: I Bought a coat from a Manlytshirt ad.......The product was not to the quality expectations I had. This coat is brand new with the tags and packing slip.I merely requested a Return Merchandise Authorization, like a reputable account like Amazon honors.I have now written 11 times since 01/12/2025 , to no avail, then I get a e-mail asking me to take a picture or the coat.I have and the on only reply I had was from **** on March 13, starting after 1/12/25 shipment.I am a 81 year old hanicapped Vet living on little money. After getting no satisfaction or even a call for a simple RMA on a New Coat I wanted to return:This company has ignored me for weeks, then acted in a disrespectful way..This is the most egregious way I have ever been treated by a clothing company.I want people to know about them and their irresponsible way of doing business.Action: Send me a RMA, and refund my money.

    Date of transaction - 3/05/2025 Amount of money paid to business - $101.88 I purchased two sweatshirts from manly t shirt. I never received an email saying my order was shipped. After weeks of waiting I finally got an email from manly saying the products I ordered were now out of stock after I ordered them and paid for them. They suggested I pick another item. I told the business I do not want to pick another item I would like a refund. I have reached out to manly to try to resolve the issue and three seperate people emailed me back and continue to telling me the same thing, to pick another item that I did not originally order instead of giving me my money back. I feel like I am being scammed and my money is being stolen from this business.
