    I purchased a pair of pants hoping that because the price was a little higher than cheap brands like ***** and boohooman they would be a quality pair of pants. I was wrong. These are the worst pants Ive ever tried to buy online. The difference with this purchase and other bad pants, I cant get a refund. They offer refunds within 7 days of delivery. I asked to refun them the day they were delivered. Theyve been giving me the run around for 4-5 days now. They lied about how the product was made in the product description say the waist band was adjustable with a draw cord. That was false. Its stitched on and non functioning. The fit is bad, the pants are cheap, they lied about them, and lied about their refunds. I would love to forward you the emails weve sent back and forth. Its the worst customer service and theyre clearly giving me the run around and in other reviews Ive looked at since this ordeal started, they give you a run around until day 8 when they say sorry its been more than 7 days. We cant take returns past 7 days. Dont let them continue to scam people out of their money.

    I ordered clothing on Aug 18 2023 including several shirts. On Aug 24, they notified me that one of the shirts is not available, would I like a different color. Because these are coordinating items, if they do not have the shirt they advertised, there is no need for me to receive the other shirts and I should be able to cancel the order since I would not have bought the other items.I informed them multiple times by e-mail response on Aug 24, 25, 27, and 28 that if the shirt I wanted is not available, I want to cancel the entire order. Each time, they responded asking if I wanted a different shirt or a $15 coupon or other offers, and each time I clearly reiterated that I wanted to cancel the entire order. On Aug 29, they responded that they could not cancel the order because they had shipped it out already without the shirt that was not available.

    On May 13th, 2023 I emailed Manlytshirt about refunding a sweater that I had bought. The very next day, they responded by instructing me to send them pictures of the purchase for which I complied. They responded on May 15th that due to "high postage for returs", they were willing to keep it and will give me a discount on the next purchase or I could get 30% of my refund. I responded that I wanted a full refund. They sent me the address and also said that I would have to pay for the shipping. I understood and agreed. I send them the return purchase in perfect condition. I have the *** tracking number to prove it. I waited several weeks but did not see any refund back to my credit card. I emailed the company again and they said they never received it. I sent them the *** tracking number and they responded back that it was past 7 days of the purchase and they can't refund me. This company lied to me about the fact that they never received the package. And now they said that I have only 7 days of the purchase to return it. This is horrible customer service. I have all the email exchanges if needed.

    I ordered 3 Men's loose Cotton and Linen Suit jacket, in Medium. Black, **** and Khaki. Order no. MT62586 for $137.85. I have emailed back and forth with them, ************************************ but all they could do is offering portion of my refund (see below) The main problems:1) Size is too small and the long sleeves are too short (by 1-1/2")2) except for the Black, Gray and Khaki colors are not what their photo shows.3) I asked to return it and get my money back. 4) They asked me first to measure the jackets, (do not know why) before I can get the "return authorization" info.5) I have not received RA, only 4 responses from them a) they offered to give me 20% of my refund and send me jackets to my size. (I said no) b) they offered to give me 30% of my refund as a compensation for the inconvenience (no) c) they offered to give me 40% of my refund as a compensation for the inconvenience (no) d) they offered to give me 50% of my refund as a compensation for the inconvenience (no)I am getting frustrated and I don't think they know how American business commerce works!

    I ordered items on June 26th and reached out the morning of June 27th to have the order cancelled and refunded based on the cancellation policy listed on the website here: ************************************************************* I emailed immediately asking my order to be cancelled including more order number. I received several replies offering me a discount instead, which I replied not to and again asked for my order to be cancelled and refunded. This was repeated several times until this morning when I received a message saying my order had been made and was ready to be shipped. I have all of this correspondence via email and have provided documentation. I was charged $101.85 on June 27th.

    On 6/5/23 I purchased a men's denim jacket at a cost of $84.93 which includes shipping. I received the jacket on 6/17/23. I unpackaged and tried on the jacket and immediately did not like it. On 6/19/23 I contacted ManlyTShirt company via an email to ********************************** stating I would like to return the jacket for a full refund and included my order number in my email. Their initial response was " Dear Customer, Order # ******* We sincerely apologize for the unpleasant shopping experience, and we have received your feedback regarding the size being too small. In order to provide you with better after-sales service, could you please help us by measuring the chest circumference, shoulder width, garment length, and sleeve length?I replied to them by submitted a picture of the jacket but have not received a response after several additional emails to them. I feel I've been scammed.

    I placed an order via shop pay at 7:53 on february 9th. Within an hour of that order I requested to cancel the order and after several hours without response I reached out again and repeated my request. Their response was that they would give me a discount instead of cancelling my order. I repeated that I wanted the order cancelled and they stopped responding.After I sent total of 6 messages, one via the shop pay app and the other directly from my email address they responded on february 10th at 3:37 am that the order would be cancelled. Feb. 20th I received a message from the shop pay app, stating that my payment for this same purchase is due in three days. I have made NO other purchases with the company. After reaching out to the merchant, I was told on Feb 23rd that the refund failed and would have to be processed again. I am receiving nonstop messages from Shop pay about making payments on a purchase that is supposed to be cancelled, for items I have not received and am now getting no response form the merchant Manlytshirt.

    BBB On Jan 21 2023 I purchased two items from Manlytshirt *** online, please see my email chain below. Since then I have received changing stories on what the hold up is for even announcing a shipping date. This not a real hardship to me, but I have a sneaking suspicion that their "goal" is to hope that I just give up and forget about the purchase.     I spent $109 on a sweater and jacket. The merchandise finally arrived a month later. The quality was awful. The company tried to get me to keep The clothes by saying I can give them as a gift and they would give me back a small amount of money. I paid for My own shopping to return and they confirmed receipt. They said they refunded me but they have not. I contacted them and they said the refund was rejected
