    Be very careful booking with them. When they deny a wheelchair they will not refund your payment. They say the website is very clear on their requirements, but there is so much information things can be easily missed.

    I cannot get this company to stop sending brochures to my address. The person they are addressed to doesnt even live here. Ive emailed and they just added me to their mailing list. Ive tried social media. Nothing stops the brochures and theres lots of them. Ridiculous and very unprofessional.

    ?Just received this marketing pamphlet in today's U.S. Mail.I Phoned Viking, and it took over 20 minutes for ******* to explain to me that their are NO "All-Inclusive Voyages from $1,999" with "FREE International Airfare*".Very misleading and disappointing. ?? [Click and drag to move]******* said he has heard this from other customers.I will not do business with **********************. ?

    We purchased two $200 future cruise certificates in December 2023. It is now June 2025, and we plan to never sail with Viking again. They simply refuse to refund our $400. They insist that they will keep this money forever!

    I just canceled a trip to ***** because US ********** says to "RECONSIDER TRAVEL". Viking consultant says its ok they are still booking. so she put down personal reasons for my cancelation.I had not yet paid the balance just trip insurance and day excursions fees. My friend who reserved same trip canceled and was refunded day excursion fees w NO penalty. Viking charged me $100 penalty for canceling. I've been on 2 previous Viking trips w this friend and ALWAYS there is an unexplained discrepancy in price.. ALWAYS!!. Never a lot, $100 or $200 but when you are on the phone w someone for 30 min trying to correct one just gives up. Its a great work if you can get it. I challenge Viking to look up my past reservations and compare w my friend .When my friend and i travel we reserve at the same time; we are on the same flight; our staterooms are next to each other and we go on the same day excursions; and yet our prices are ALWAYS different. The rules for reservation and cancelation and prices are subject to the opinion of who you get on the phone. I wanted to make another reservation; I love traveling but I just cant deal with the run around and misinformation. Its too discouraging, frustrating and aggravating. Its supposed to be a vacation. Very disappointing Viking

    I have asked Viking four times to stop sending me brochures since 11/15/24 and they still continue one to two times per month to send them. I never asked for them in the first place. I cannot recycle them as we no longer have a recycling program. I'm hoping BBB can urge them to cease and desist for good.

    i recently purchased a river package for myself and my spouse, I had to 400 dollars vouchers from last year. they only honored one of the second voucher for some reason they have not. i have called the multiple times asking them about this issue since i only have until the end of the month to pay the whole thing in full, they keep on telling me that they are on the way to get it fix but nothing gets done, i email the supervisors without any answers and the customer service **** are very rude and some of them barely speak English. This is supposed to be my second trip with Viking and i am about to get it cancelled it is a shame they charge so much money for such a pitiful service.

    Unauthorized charges! Buyer beware. We purchased our fourth Viking cruise almost two years before sailing date and paid off in full 18 months prior to sailing date. This included Air Plus which allows you to book your flights through them at the 300 day ***** When calling for said reservation, was told it would be another $306 even though we had paid the published price in full. After much running around, a non convenient flight was found without the excess cost. Two days later we noticed on our online account that $100 had been added to our cost to be withdrawn six months prior to the cruise. We were paid in full and had no notice of this impending cash withdrawal. Was told of a price increase which was after our fully paid date and agreed upon price. When asked how you can charge an increase after an agreed upon price, they had no answer. Only $100 but what other unknown price increases will they implement? Cancelled the cruise and another upcoming cruise in 2026. Published and agreed upon price is useless, especially since they will automatically withdraw from your account. Again, buyer beware!!!!

    My mother and stepfather booked an Alaskan cruise for next year. Sadly, my stepdad passed away unexpectedly a couple of weeks ago, so my mom had to cancel the trip. Viking refused to refund the money paid for the insurance $2k, saying that the policy is non-refundable after 15 days. The trip has been cancelled (almost a year in advance) so there is nothing to insure. Basically, they get to profit from the unexpected death of a loved one and keep money that my mom, who is now on a single budget, needs. Not only is this an awful policy, it's really unfair and causing my mom additional stress, which she does not need during this tough time. Shame on Viking for not having any exceptions to this inflexible policy and for profiting from the unexpected loss of a loved one.

    For approximately TEN years now I have attempted to get this company to stop sending paper ads to my address with a name on them that is someone who does not even live at my address. I have sent the ads back. I have called them. I have sent them request after request on line. Nothing ever works. I continue to get their JUNK MAIL sent to my home unsolicited, and it continues to go into the recycle bin. I have pleaded with them. I have threatened them. Nothing works. They will not stop. Pleas support me in not patronizing a company that has no respect for the Earth nor any respect for people or potential customers. It is so shameful that they continue this after literally TEN years of littering the Earth with their garbage. Then, when I complained to them via email, all they did was add my email address to a spam list. Unbelievable. This is the worst company I will never do business with.
