5 starsI received 2 tickets within a 2 months spand and getdismissed was able to help me fight both tickets and my first one did get dismissed and the other one is currently in process. 5 starsI was very skeptical at first as most people would be. I was referred by someone who used them and won. I forgot about my ticket up until the week it was due and I was freaking out as o procrastinated for months. I reached out to Get Dismissed and Logan was the one who helped me. He had EVERYTHING done and ready by the end of that day. I was able to send all my documents in the next day with barely anytime to spare! Well today I got my letter in the mail and it was DISMISSED! I would use them again. I highly recommend getting the 1 year insurance incase you get another ticket they'll fight it free!Review fromalbert r

I am very pleased with ************, they clearly spell everything out and what to do, I don't understand a few of the poor reviews, they are very clear about the process **** by ****, I found it easy and helpful, they even send out reminders about when to mail your documents so you don't forget, I would definitely use them again!Getdismissed.com

****** is a very unprofessional person she does not care about customers an she is very inconsiderate person she did not provide customer service an insisted on me calling another company to get info... called The other compnany an they told me they couldn't do anything I had to call (GET) so I called back ****** answered an now she's asking my info to see what she can do previously she said she can't do anything an to cal another company...was just trying to figure out the next steps to me doin traffic school... she seem upset an was yelling at me an insisted that I listen to her blabber about the mistakes she made rather than provide further assistance... I would not recommend anyone to talk to her let alone do business wit her involved she informed me she was the supervisor an I couldn't speak to anyone else even though we couldn't seem to be on the same page.. I feel she delt wit me as if I was a child a needed to listen to her in order for her to provide assistance meanwhile I pay for services......Getdismissed.com

Sorry you feel that way, actually she does a fantastic job and most people appreciate her and the service she provided. Looks like according to our notes on your contact that you called and were yelling and screaming and would not let us provide you the help and answers to your questions. You have been miss informed about what took place an you guys have a recorded conversation of her being unwilling to cooperate an provide customer service but yet yell an talk like she's speaking to a child telling me to shut up an listen to her even after I expressed it was best for her to escalate the cal to someone who could further help me an she hung up on me.... She is very rude an if I pay you guys for a service she shouldn't give me a hard time to understand what is being said...... she sent me to a third party with out seeing if anything could be done by her first.... I called once to ask about the proccess, and in the same day i recieved an email with what to do, aimple proccess which generated a declaration letter. a week before sent all documents and a month after the ticket was dissmissed by the court. Amazing and proffessional staff. Thank you guys.Getdismissed.com
