    Placed my order on 9/4 and as of 10/11 still nothing. No communication from the company even after sending several emails. Item was finally shipped a few days ago after I filed a claim through ******. Has not arrived to me and frankly I no longer need this item since it was supposed to be for a bday present last month and I had to purchase something else. I wanted to support this business but NEVER again.

    Ordered directly from Foot Nanny on Sept 4. It's now Oct 4th and haven't received the product. I have been corresponding directly with the owner ******. Tracking shows it hasn't moved since Sept 20th. Explained that it's probably lost and asked for a replacement order. Went back and forth with texts and emails for the last month. Finally was promised a FULL REFUND thru ****** and to keep the order as a courtesy gift. Well I was just notified by ****** that the refund was rejected and guess what still NO ORDER. I have been texting and emailing for the last 2 days you guessed it NOT A WORD from Foot Nanny customer service or the owner ******. *** this was a gift who h didn't seem to matter to them. ****** also needs a ****** in how to speak to her customers. I was very pleasant to her and she had an attitude from the get go.

    Dear ******. You placed an order on our deep discount 60% off deal. You contacted Footnanny stating you never received your order via email. You also contacted Footnanny at 6 am pacific time with a horrible text message calling our company a fraud and other nasty things. We love all our customers and want them to enjoy our amazing products which clearly you love. I issued you a full refund and I have proof of such refund from ****** that cleared on Sept 23, 2024. You order has been reshipped from my team and now my company has done all things possible to help you in your situation. We are sad that you had to submit this review. I am a hard worker and protect my company that is made in ????. I dont know any other Founder that answers a customers violent text message and return her call immediately at 6am. You are more than welcome to shop with Footnanny again at full price because due to the extreme demand for our products we cannot afford deep discount shopping on our website.

    Placed my order on their website on 6/29/24. As of 7/19/24, order is still showing ready to ship via **** yet hasnt moved.The phone number listed on their website is a scam number.And after emailing them multiple times about the order, *** received no response.Im now out $52.80.Id like a full refund of my money.Do not order from them - its a scam (ignore the famous person that says theyre amazing).

    Dear ****. We are not a SCAM. We are a reputable company. We work very hard to handle any problems our customers may have. We no longer own the old 1-833-FOOTNANNY phone number that was listed in the past on our website. In our deep discount 60% off email we listed our current customer care number and our newest TEXT only for faster answer phone number. Prior to this review you submitted we gave you a refund and reshipped your products for free. Not sure how much more a small business with big demand products made in *** can do for a customer. So sorry you are submitting this horrible untrue review and slamming the people who love our products. You accepted the refund and the free products. We will no longer offer deep discounts on our products via **************************.

    Ive been trying to reach someone at Footnanny for a month. After 3 emails Ive yet to get a response from anyone. The product I received was opened and cannot be used. I was a fan of this product but they have the worst customer service. I will not purchase from them again regardless of who (Lady O) backs their product.

    Dear ****** ******* You contacted Footnanny via email and we sent you a refund. In your email you stated that you opened the jar and the seal was broken. Our sealed jar lids do just that when you open them. They are pressured sealed by a twist when you open the jar lid the seal breaks. You did not send us a photo of the broken seal lid. We took your complaint by good faith. So sorry you had this experience. We refunded you and assured you the product was safe to use.

    Beware. After reading these reviews I am afraid to say the same thing is happening to me. i ordered the foot cream a month ago, never got it, can't reach anyone got one response saying it would be shipped that day and it never happened. All of my emails are getting bounced back and I cannot reach anyone for help. DON'T BUY IT!! Just terrible because it is a good product. I spent over $50. They certainly had no problem charging my card.

    I ordered foot cream from Footnanny on February 2, 2024 after seeing the product on Good Morning America which featured businesses owned by African Americans for Black History Month. It was also highlighted on the morning show that its a product that ************************* loves to use. I have not received the product and Ive only received emails regarding tracking number and that the product is in Woodland Hills and waiting on shipping. I would like a full refund. *** also had difficulty contacting someone

    I purchased 2 orders of foot cream on 11/25/23. Debit card was charged the same day. I received emails that the order was shipped. I have not received anything. This is first time I have had a problem. I will not order from footnanny again. I only want a refund . Order #aa8-bda.

    I spent money on a product that has never been shipped. I ordered two of the Footnanny Color Purple Lavender Pamper Box. On December 14th 2023 they stated it was shipped Dec 17th 2023 but it has not show up yet. the tracking number shows Woodland hills ** it been there for 3 weeks now . Footnanny is collecting money but not shipping the product. I want a full refund. I will never use this company or product again. ******************

    this company has the worst customer service I have ever seen. I placed an order on black Friday and still have not received it. Christmas is 5 days away. I sent several emails to them with no response. Then over a week ago it says that my order is going to be shipped priority and all it says is it's labeled and sitting there in ********** in their warehouse waiting to go to the post office. If I don't get the purchase by Christmas I'm calling my credit card and cancelling the charge. Maybe they need to get some customer service tips from Oprah!

    I placed an order from Footnanny last month. Received an email stating my order was confirmed but never received an email that order was shipped. I emailed them numerous times and left a message on a voicemail. They only have AI customer service and you cannot reach a live person. Never received my order. I filed a claim with PayPal and am awaiting my refund. This is not the same Footnanny since ***************************** sold the company, Buyer bewareQ
