On September 26, 2024 I purchased $200.00 worth of Footnanny products on line after receiving an email about a sale. I emailed the company on Nov. 10 that i have not received my product. I was told it would be shipped the following day, but it has not been shipped. I have repeatedly emailed and have not received a response. I have no money and no product. I am reporting this to alert you of poor business practices. I would like my money back.Business Response

Since it was this customers first time shopping with ********************** her email went to our spam box. We issued her a refund and we shipped her the products for free as a gift. I am rejecting this response because:
The explanation that this was my first transaction with Footnanny is false. I was a returning customer. The explanation that my emails were going to spam folder is also false, I had received a response from the owner herself initially and that was the only response I ever received. I even left voice messages on the phone number I was told to call. Those calls went ignored. My emails were not going to spam, they were being ignored. I did not received a refund from Footnanny on Dec 19, nor have I received a refund as of January 6, 2025. I had to dispute the charges with my ******************* since after 3 months of desperately trying to get in touch with someone, I was ignored. To be sure it is clear, Footnanny has NOT issued me a refund as of the date of this email.This is not a way to do business.

I ordered from footnanny and on October 19th received an email that my order was shipping and was given a tracking number. To date when tracking it still states that they have not received the package. I have twice attempted to contact them via email with no response. There is no phone number to call.Business Response

We have no record of receiving an email from you. What we do have is a refund chargeback request from you inside our ******* Store.We are not a member of BBB but they contacted us on your behalf.
There is no tracking on the order and we know it was shipped.
Your refund was already requested in our dashboard so not sure why go to this extreme. Also we do have a phone number that is clearly listed on our website and social media. It also appears in your shipping email.
Sorry for you not receiving the package from the carrier.

I ordered foot cream based on an email fora sale asi do love the product. on august 29. Never received. My account was charged. No response to emails or texts until 2 weeks later. Was told it would ship. Never has. No tracking. No response to emails or texts. Very rude and uncooperative. Whenever a customer wants a refund they are given a refund. In this case, we were never rude to the customer. This customer has shopped with ********************** 4 times and knows that we don't run a scam company.
The refund was requested on 9/18 and it was released on 9/23 to the customer as requested. ********************** assumed the issue was resolved after the refund. We have email proof of conversations.

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However, the owner took two months to reply and process after my incessant texts and emails that I never received the product. She finally sent me the product but it was not as she reported.

Ordered from this company on 2/21/2024. I received an email stating the order was received and will be shipped within 24 hours and they never sent my order. The tracking number given for **** still says that they are waiting for the package. The only way to contact Foot ***** is through email and they never respond. We never received an email from the customer. We searched our database and nothing appears.
We do however see the order was made and the custom bleded rose oil was delivered to the customer.
She refers to the bbb having the incorrect phone number listed and that is exactly right. The bbb had the
1833-FOOTNANNY phone number listed and that number was incorrect and was taken from us by the company
whom we purchased it through. We clearly have our current phone number listed across our website and social media.

We don't have any date in our database of 12/6/23 for this customer shopping on **************************. She had to make this purchase elsewhere. She has purchased with Footnanny 9 times. The only time she contacted Footnanny directly via email was recently on 12/27/24 and asked for a refund.
We issued her a refund and shipping her fresh chocolate foot creams as a gift for the non scan of the two orders.

Footnanny explained the delay of an out of stock item. Customer agreed to the upgrade instead of a refund.

We searched our data base of emails and never received this complaint. All orders were delivered to this customer on **************************. If customer shopped on a deal or tv segment a separate customer service team would have handled her complaint or email. All issues resolved on our end.
