    **** did a thorough job explaining the entire process of putting a metals *** in place for and answering all of my questions. He made recommendations, but did not pressure me to do anything, clearly leaving each final decision to me.The pricing methodology for physical metals can be confusing, so ****** explanations in this area were particularly appreciated.
