I give Preserve Gold 5 STARS! The knowledge my representative gave me was paramount to my success, and to do this all without making me feel inadequate is what ALL precious metal firms should be doing with ALL of their clients. I now feel very well informed and confident about my investment, especially because I was brand new to the process. If you come across this review, let this be your sign to pursue business with Preserve. I previously contacted 5 different companies and each call ended with me feeling lost and even more confused. Everything about my experience with this company was flawless. The team at Preserve Gold is very helpful and knowledgeable. ********* helped ** get the ball rolling and from there everything went very smooth. The part of the process that I enjoyed the most was being able to talk to a team member in real time. Being able to ask questions and receive instant feedback gave me the opportunity to make a better decision than I would have otherwise on my own. I recently set up a precious metals account with Preserve Gold Group with the help of ******** and ****. The entire concept was essentially foreign to me, but with their help, the entire process went so smoothly. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. They were both so kind, professional, knowledgeable and patient, answering all my questions and concerns and worked to be sure I understood the entire process. I was anxious about 'doing the right things' and getting things processed correctly, but they calmed my fears and walked me through the entire process step by step. I had spoken with other groups, but felt like I was getting a lot of 'hype', and was very uncomfortable until I finally reached the Preserve group. It was more like talking with 'family' and I didn't feel the uneasy feeling I'd had with some of the others. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
