      I gave Federal Tax Law Group over $6,000 to help me. I submitted paperwork & have called, emailed for updates. I was told it can take 9 months to a year for resolution so I waited. I would have to chase down an agent for an update to be told consistently still waiting. After 2 years of waiting Im told by *** that the Federal Tax Law Group did not ask to negotiate or reduce taxes at all but asked for penalty fines to be removed only! That is not what they told me when I signed up. They also told me to not pay & wait! Now I am in worse shape! I owe thousands more in penalties now. They should be shut down & I want a refund.

      I am rejecting this response because:this is an automatic generated response from their company & exact words put on bad google review response. I do not believe their vague blanket statement. I was told by their representative 9/2023 that they would negotiate to reduce my delinquency & could then pay possibly a quarter of what was owed. They paperwork received by IRS 2/2025 was requested to remove penalty fees. I accrued majority of those fees from waiting on them for so very long. They told me not to pay IRS at initial conversation & so I listened to them. I regret that deeply as I would not have so much penalty fees now. I don’t know what I’m going to do. This company likes to fraudulently lead customers on with their vague legalese

      April 14, 2024 I hired and prepaid Federal Tax Law Group to file multiple years of my back taxes, negotiate with the *** to lower the amount I would be required to pay back, and prepare and file the then current 2023 tax year. October 2024, I got a letter from the State of Utah stating they had not received the 2023 State tax filings. When I spoke with Federal Tax Law Group about the lack of State tax filings, they stated in disbelief, "they didn't know why the state is sending me that notice and that both State and Federal tax returns had been filed, but would look into it." Last week, 5/7/2025, I go to pay my monthly installation payment for the Federal back taxes I owe, and was then informed that they had not received my 2023 Federal Tax Return, but that an extension was filed. Due to this lack of completion, my installment plan, all of the hard work of the employees of this company, and the almost $10,000 I paid Federal Tax Law Group will soon be null and void.I have tried to contact someone, anyone to find out how to resolve this and I have not received any word, not an email, phone call, text message, nothing.I must be contacted by this company as soon as possible, so they can finished the agreed job that was paid for.

      I paid them the initial $650 to start looking into my IRS issues. They never told me what they were going to do all they said they were going to do is fix the problem and they wanted to charge me $3,000 to file back taxes. All they want is your money they're not there to help you. They haven't called or reached out and I just feel like this is a scam.

      I spoke with a representative on March 19 who billed $650 (over 4 payments) to collect my IRS information that I already provided. Once they received my tax information from the ***, he set me up with a compliance manager. The manager missed our first appointment entirely, then was 1 hour late on the second appointment. He was incredibly inappropriate and condescending, giving advice and asking rhetorical questions about my family and living situation. When I pointed out that I only wanted tax advice, he stated he "was afraid" to continue with the conversation because I may get upset. He quoted an fee to continue with the case and set up an appointment for the following week, which he again missed. I contacted the initial representative to voice my disappointment and did not receive any response.

      The company did not "ask questions" in order to assess my situation.  ******* **** gave deeply personal and judgmental opinions of my life, asking rhetorical questions about my marriage.  When I redirected him to questions on taxes, which is why I contacted the company in the first place, he stated twice that he was "afraid to tell me."  In the end, he really didn't even have an opinion or strategy.    He was unprofessional, sexist, and belittling of me.  He also, as I stated earlier, missed our first appointment, was an hour late for our second (when I pointed this out, he said "oh well, no harm, no foul" and offered no apology) and didn't contact me for our third scheduled appointment at all.  Complete and utter insulting waste of time and money.  I would like a full refund.

      11-14-2024 enrolled for tax help.Reffered me to Credee for payment of $2800. They sent me one tax dispute form and allegedly filed it for me. 6 months later after not hearing a thing from them and they never replying to emails I finally got a B S response saying IRS going over ***** taxes. I waiting until last week. Again no reply from company. I called *** they said I owe no money and never did. No record. So Im out $918 dollars for what I believe is a fraud. Again no response from company. Called Credee for cancellation and they told me they have to hear from the company and they claim they cant get ahold of them either. They work Together..I would like a refund for the funds they took to do absolutely nothing

      I paid 700 to the company to pull my past tax reporting so i can file my back taxes and they were going to help me settle my debt.       I am formally rejecting the companys response due to its inaccuracy, lack of accountability, and continued failure to provide timely and honest communication.


      ***** contacted me yesterday and stated it would take 45 weeks to receive a responsecompletely ignoring the fact that I had already spoken with him two weeks prior and had scheduled an appointment, which no one followed through on. Despite my repeated effortscalling the office, leaving voicemails, emailing, and even calling the personal number providedI received no communication until the BBB got involved. Only then did the company finally respond, and conveniently updated my contact information.


      I then received an email from another representative claiming I hadnt filed my taxeswhich is exactly why I contacted them in the first place. The lack of internal coordination and disregard for my time is completely unacceptable.


      In this economy, every dollar matters. People work hard for their money, and they deserve honest servicenot games, delays, or excuses. I did not pay this company to be ignored, misled, or dismissed. I came to resolve a tax matternot to chase down basic communication or be treated like an inconvenience.


      To make matters worse, the only reason I got any response at all was because the BBB reached out. Even then, the companys timeline and statements were inconsistentthey initially claimed the audit was completed, then reversed course, as if it had just been finalized. If you cant keep your story straight, how can anyone trust your services?


      At this point, based on the complete lack of professionalism, the broken promises, and the dishonest handling of my case, I am demanding a full refund. I do not trust this company to do anything they claim, and I will not continue doing business with an organization that cannot operate with integrity.


      Furthermore, Ive seen reviews alleging this company pays to have negative feedback removed. That only adds to the growing list of reasons Im holding them fully accountable.


      This is not just a complaint about poor servicethis is about ethics, transparency, and respect for paying clients. I expect a full refund and an end to this mismanagement.

      I engaged this companys services to assist with negotiating IRS back taxes, including penalties and interest. To date, I have paid over 90% of the substantial $5,000 fee charged, yet after nine months, there has been no measurable progress on my case.Despite numerous follow-ups, Ive received only vague explanations and shifting accountability, with no concrete results delivered.       Back taxes are not dischargeable after chapter 7 bankruptcy, therefore filing for it doesn't constitute a reason for stalling the case. Negligence and lack of communication from the company has been present even before filing for bankruptcy, this was just another excuse.       The documents and information they have sent do not prive they are actively working in my case. They keep sending reports from the *** that I could have obtained myself without paying this company almost $5,000

      I hired them to negotiate a reduction of my tax liability with the *** and as off today,  after a full year, there has not been any reductions on my debt AZ a result of the negotiate simply because there has not been any. 

      The company only processed a payment plan with the *** but U don't know the amount I owe and how many months the installment agreement is for. 

      The company keeps lying and making false representations of their activities.

      Bottom line is that they have not done anything at all to reduce my debt with the IRS

      Date: 3/15/24 I hired them to do my taxes for last year which they finished and never submitted to the ***. They were also supposed to negotiate my tax balance with the *** which they never did. They were supposed to look at my previous years and never did. I have sent them many emails with no response. When I do talk to them, they never give me a timeframe of when anything will get done, and leave me hanging. I have tried repeted times on communication and nothing.

      We enlisted Federal Tax Group to help us with reducing the taxes we owed to the Federal Government because I was shaded by our Financial Advisor. We paid an initial $650 to retain and then another $3995. Our thought was it was definitely cheaper than having to pay $25,000 in taxes for a 401 K that was taken early. One last communication with them was on 12/03/2024. At that time we were told they were working on a reduction all the while we still have to pay an ascending scheduled payment plan to the Government.
