5 starsDue to my own fault, I had 4 years of incomplete tax records. *************************** and ********************* went out of their way to help and old man; they were patient and helpful. I feel as though I've developed two new friends.

1 starThey offered to refund $3200 out of almost $3800 I spent on their service if I SIGNED A NON DISCLOSURE LETTER..... That is probably why you don't see many bad reviews. Originally was led to believe that they did both Federal and State. Part of that maybe my fault, but they do have some blame. (Comments made. Peperwork recieved) Charged me close to $3800 for their service and only saved me less than $2250. YES!! IT COST ME $1500+ MORE THAN I SAVED........ .. they will "fight for you to the end".. I complained and less than 45 minutes later they told me they could do nothing more for me... they are a joke. According to people I spoke to at both Federal and State they lie opinion is agencies like this do little more than what you can do mFederal Tax Law Group

Mrs ****************** was my case manager to begin with and kept me informed on what was happening and what I could expect in the near future. Our biggest hang up was the *** and Covid.
