    Purchased a Speed Queen washing machine on July 12, 2023 for $2,449 from Chets Appliances. Chets Appliances installed the machine, and we had an issue with the machine shaking during the cycle. We called Chets appliances a few days after installation, and they sent out a technician to repair. The original installers left on the shipping bracket. We had an issue with the machine flooding since then, and now the machine is smoking. We called SpeedQueen for the service on June 5, 2024 and they said we had to find a technician to repair the damages. We were able to hire ******* from Vets appliances to view the machine on June 10, 2024. ******* opened it up and said the machine is completely compromised due to the damage originally done by improper installation from Chets Appliances, he sent pictures and an explanation to SpeedQueen. My Husband, myself, and ******* have all tried contacting Chets appliances on several occasions, and they closed their business, so they wont answer their phone. We have also been trying to get SpeedQueen to assist us in this via phone call, every other day since June 5th, and they also will say they will call us back and they never do. We live in a remote area with not a lot of resources, and I have a family of 5. This is very difficult for me.
