    On 11/2/23 I called Chet's Appliance to schedule a service call for my washing machine. I was given an appointment for 11/1023. On 11/10/23 I called Chet's Appliance at 9:30am to confirm my appointment. I was told that I was on the schedule and that the technician would call me with a specific appointment after he arrived at the office. But at 10:45am I received a call from the office to inform me that the technician was ill and to reschedule my appointment for 11/13/23. On 11/13/23, at 9:30am I called Chet's Appliance to confirm my appointment and I was told that I was on the technician's schedule but that he was having transportation issues. At 10:39am, the technician called me to inform me that he would be at my house at 2PM. He never showed up or called to cancel.

    I totally love Chet's Appliances.
    Thanks to Steve and John. The Lovely Lady that Sold me, this Wonderful Dish Washer. Much better to buy, at Chet's. Than over priced Home Depot
