I placed an order through this businesses website back in October of 2022. Ive been communicating with the seller for over 2 years now and they still refuse to send me my order or atleast reimburse me. I spoke with the seller on there instagram page February of this year and they agreed to ship me the items they never sent me from 2022, but now they stopped replying to my messages and will not send me anything. The seller has admitted to fault and still will NOT do anything on there end. The amount was for 2 baby swaddles in total for *****USD.Initial Complaint

I ordered an item from this business in June of 2022. I have sent multiple emails, messages, and tried to contact them wanting a refund. I had ordered a product(a bat baby wrap) from this company on 7/29/2022 I first contacted the company when I didn't receive the product, on 10/19/2022 to try to see if there was a delay or if I could get my money back.Since then I have contacted them multiple times to try to at least get my money back, considering I knew I wasn't going to get the item I paid for, with no response through email, their contact link on their website, and their store page on Instagram.I have yet to get a response from them whatsoever, and I've seen maybe fifty or more other people complain about this same thing, saying they ordered all the way back in ******************************************************** give them the products they paid for. At this point, this woman is taking everyone's money and not giving refunds, responding to customer complaints, or taking down the links to her website.If it was just me that was effected, I wouldn't be contacting you guys, but so many people are throwing HUNDREDS of dollars away on products they aren't going to receive from a business owner who has better things to do than properly run that business and be fair to her customers. She's getting that money and not even trying to give it back.. this isn't right, and something needs to be done. I've tried giving her the benefit of doubt and seeing of she will contact me back, giving her MONTHS to reply, and she refuses, so I'm contacting you guys to try to fix this. Ordered a swaddle for my own baby expected early winter in 2023 in June 24, 2022 after having purchasing gifts for friends from you in 2020.
I thought there would be ample time to receive a package in time for my babies arrival.
I saw you post several times online that orders were delayed but still coming. I reached out many times via email, dms on fb and instagram and comments on social media with my order details and got zero response.
This is very disappointing and I requested a refund many times. I had hopes you would pull through after your updates on social media in September of 2022 so I did not dispute charges and now it is too late to do so with my bank.

I purchased from this business over a year ago, and was patient with shipping. The last communication I had from this business was last January/February, so a little under a year ago, in which they said they thought they fulfilled the order, and they would..it has not happened. My products were never shipped to me, the baby they're for is too big for the items now, and I did not receive a refund. A relative purchased a swaddle for my baby shower back in July 2022. As of October, I still hadn't received it so I reached out to the company. I did not receive a response. It is now January and still nothing -- no swaddle (which I don't even want anymore because it wouldn't fit) and no response. The seller is always posting on social media about how she is behind on orders and trying to catch up with production and replying to messages, but I think it's a scam. On Aug 10th I placed an order for a baby swaddle blanket, Halloween themed. Order # 4094, total cost $49.68.
I sent an email Sep 23rd requesting a status updated for my order.
In Oct, I attempted to "chat" with Anklebiterkids.com 4 times for a status update with no response.
In Nov, I sent another email requesting an update or a refund.
With still no response I requested a refund, again, today, 12/3/22, and decided to file this compliant.
I am not someone who files a compliant, especially against a small business, but with no response from the business after multiple attempts I felt it was necessary.

I ordered two separate orders online and never received anything. I spent over $70.00 on two baby swaddles that look like a bat. I made one order in July and one order in August. On the website it says, "All Bat Blankets will be handmade and shipped out during the next 1-2 weeks". In September I received an email saying that my orders were about to be sent out, and that I would receive another email with shipping information, I never did and i suspect that this first email was a automated email. I have tried contacting the seller on Facebook, through her website, and through TikTok. I have also sent multiple emails and at one point was sending an email every single day to either get a refund or to figure out where my order was. The seller has not reached out to me or said anything about my order no matter how many times I have reached out.
