    Ordered from this company December 2021, I have reached out to company multiple times and have not heard back except for once 6 months ago saying my order would be going out within 2 weeks. My order never came and I have asked for a refund multiple times and have not heard anything back from, have not received my items, and have not received a refund.

    I ordered a swaddle as a gift on February 10, 2022. I received an order confirmation and a note stating it would be approx. 6-8 weeks before it shipped. I waited 8 weeks and, having not seen a shipping notice or anything further, reached out to the company. I received an email from ****** ******** stating it would be another 6-8 weeks, but they were happy to "resize" if necessary. With no product being received, I reached out in August, September, and October to request a refund, both via email and by Facebook Messenger. I did not receive a response.

    I purchased an item from them in July. Recorded an email stating they had varying shipping dates due to being back ordered. After several months decided to just ask for a refund but was then notified they don’t provide refund for orders more than 30 days old which is not any where in the description on their website.

    I submitted 2 orders in February . It said there would be an 8 week turn around time . I received one order June 26 and never received the second one . I had to dispute the charge for the second item . The 1 order I did receive has a hole in the swaddle . I reached out to the owner several times . Finally got ahold of her and she said she would send me a new swaddle and never did .

    I ordered a swaddle on June 19th 2022 and received a confirmation email and order number but the item was never shipped. The baby I ordered it for wasn't even born yet when I ordered it, now he's two big for it. I sent multiple emails asking when my item would be shipped and never got a response. The website says it take 8 weeks to ship but it's been four months.

    Ordered from anklebiterkids, a newborn-3 month sized, hot pink baby bat swaddle. Have emailed multiple times and messaged on instagram account when my product will be shipped. I placed order on 7/28/2022, no item has been shipped yet, no response from the company either. They took the money with no product.

    I placed an order on 5.24.2022. By 8.20.2022, the order had not shipped, and there was no communication from the company (AnkleBitersKids) as to the product status. I emailed them twice, as well as sent two chats via their web portal and messaged them at their instagram page asking for an update or for a refund. They have not responded to any of the messages or my requests for a refund.

    Placed the order on march 24th, 2022. Order number is 3***. Received an email on April 22, 2022 that the production has been delayed and that I should receive the order by May 20th, 2022. The total was 34.98 USD. I ordered a custom baby swaddle. I still have not received the item. I have emailed the business and sent a message on Etsy since she also has a shop on there and was blocked. No emails received to address my complaint. I can no longer use the product anyways because the business has taken too long. I just want a refund and to warn people of this business since she is scamming people

    I ordered from anklebiterskids.com in March. Received an email saying my order would ship may 20th. I never received anything further. Have attempted to reach out to business multiple times for updates on order and progressing to requesting refund. I have not received a response back. Have emailed , sent char through website, and social medias. Order 3**7
