Excellent customer service! I contacted customer service with an issue with my policy. They exceeded my expectations. Super friendly and knowledgeable. The work performed on my car was outstanding as well. Highly recommend.

I just wanted to drop you a quick line and say how utterly pleased I was with my whole Dentwizard experience. I dropped my car off at 9 am this morning at ************* on *******, and before I had even found a seat in the waiting area I looked out the window and saw your technician driving off in my car. I couldnt believe it when I get a call at 9:27 that it was done. When I had a look at the finished work it was unbelievably goodbetter than I expected. And every step of the wayfrom my first contact with you, checking in by phone this morning for the key drop, and the final product made this one of the best service experiences Ive ever had, and easily the best, hassle free insurances products Ive ever known. One of the best upsells ever. Of course I hope I dont ever really need it again, but it is really cool knowing that todays experience is whats waiting if I do. Please send my appreciation to your ********* technicianthe woman on the phone told me his name, but I dont remember it now. Yes, it was just a little dent from a rock kicked up by a truckbut when youve just had the car for like 6 weeks, as I had, when that happens, and its right in the middle of the hood, you cant not see it.
