    This company is fantastic! Everyone there is very knowledgeable and very kind. ******** is a wonderful owner who really cares about his customers, and so do the employees. I definitely recommend them!! 10 stars!

    ******** and his team at Your Neighbors Moving and Storage have been excellent in communication and quality. They have gone above and beyond and making sure that all of my needs are met even though we are out of state and looking in their area. ******** has been extremely professional and shows individualized care for me and my family. He is timely in his responses and informative of what to expect. I highly recommend Your Neighbors Moving and Storage for any future moving needs.

    What a beautiful experience! Looking at different moving options, and companies, I knew I had a plethora of options to choose from. Requesting on online quote turned into a myriad of phone calls, texts and emails from moving companies. It seems the options are endless. I will say that the quote process from Your Neighbors ********************************************* was, by far, the best experience of them all. ********* was great to work with. The process was painless, and the communication was top level. During moving day, the movers ******* and *******, were on top of their game. They were on time, professional, pleasant to speak with. Their work ethic seemed uncommon. They were extremely respectful of our property and took the extra effort to ensure a world class move. I will recommend Your Neighbors ********************************************* to my friends and family that *** need their services. You wont be disappointed.

    I cant believe this company has good reviews. Extremely rude. Charged my mom almost $5000 to move her. These are the boxes we were charged for? Things were damaged, boxes were wet. How? They moved it and stored it for a month! We were told they would arrive between 9:30-10am because a truck broke down. They got there at 2pm. Note the crushed box labeled fragile. And the curtains not even packed in a box. Coats were used for packing things. My mom lives extremely nice. From the looks of these pictures, it all looks like junk. Trying to get any kind of help is impossible. The entire office is rude. They promise call backs and never do. Dont waste your money on this joke of a company. Even the immature responses to bad reviews show the character of this company. I have several pictures showing the damage and poor handling of things. I was even accused of harassment for leaving reviews!

    I was charged for 5 hours of work for a job that took less than 3 hours.

    Also, I was told I'm supposedly getting 15 minutes of work refunded (it should be much more) and that my $50 deposit would be deducted from the final bill, which neither of those items were refunded. I have also requested proof from the business that the job took nearly 5 hours of work when only 2.25 hours of work was completed.

    My moving men were awesome But when I called to get my estimate, ******* went through all my rooms of furniture, over the phone she said $1059. She said specifically we take care of our customersand I asked That includes, packing , moving and storage? She said yes but just 1 month of storage. I asked if they would bring it to ****** and she said yes. Never mentioned it would be be extra. I thought it was reasonable so I hired them. My spare bedroom was packed, the office was empty and the master had one of those free standing fireplaces. The rest was living room, kitchen and my closet. Somehow my cost went from $1059 to $5000. That is ridiculous. They werent willing to work with me at all. And their men would not leave until I signed. I would never pay that to move! They snowed me with their wording. I spoke with a rude person ***************************************. Plus, they didnt give me a receipt. I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy.

    I have an original estimate that was sent to this customer that stated very clearly the estimate was upwards of $3100 without materials estimated on there yet, and explained how we charge for all materials used for her HHG protection.  The final bill was for $3800 and we used $800 in materials to pack her items and protect her home.  My estimate was spot on, and she cannot be using my full legal name to slander in this public review.

    Both the guys are great they're both Brian's their truck is Mr Rogers. They've had a lot more work than I anticipated them to have when I got the quote. They're really great guys and they're really doing fantastic job. I would recommend your neighbor movers to everybody I know.

    My moving guys were great minus a large chunk from my daughters $2,000 bedroom set headboard (pictured). This is the two stars Im giving. They were on time (kind of), friendly and excellent at communication. However, just like a couple previous reviews, I was quoted $1198.65 and ended up paying $1837.15. I was told over the phone my estimate was locked in with my deposit. This of course was not true. This is confusing as I moved my entire two bedroom apartment down to my garage from the third floor by myself minus the couch to try to help out. I even helped move stuff with the movers. My personal car was full on the way to my destination address. They had the exact destination at the time of quote and flights of stairs etc. IN STATE MOVE. Would I go with this company again? No. Are the movers great? Absolutely. However, next time I think Ill stick to a bigger company with a billing department I can talk to directly and am able to get a full itemized receipt without a rude manager.
