Business is scamming customers out of money. They provided a quote, didnt complete the service in the amount of time allotted, charged double the amount. There was no meaningful activity that took place to create an extension of time.

This company use unethical and illegal business practices to rob money from their customers. Here is the chain of events:Sep *********: Company's owner ******** came to my house to provide me a quote for moving. He promised me (verbally) that his quoted amount is the maximum amount they will take from me. He explicitly mentioned that if it takes more time than his estimate, he will not charge me extra. He had me signed the contract document that didn't contain the terms he promised verbally. I also paid $150 refundable deposit.A couple days before moving, I had a call with his employee *****. I asked him that if I add a few more items, will it be okay. He said there will be extra charges. This completely makes sense and there is no problem till here. I also clarified that if I do NOT add extra items then charges will be same as per quote. On Oct 5th 2024, A day before moving, ***** called me and told me that the they will charge hourly, whatever it takes. When I confronted him, then he said that the maximum they will charge is 10% on top of the quote. I was warned at that time and I clearly told him to not move any extra item and just stick to the original quote and payment terms. It was all verbal, so I also emailed them with detailed explanation of what I want and what were terms of payment. In that email, I clearly mentioned that I do not want to move any extra item at all. They never acknowledged my email.Oct 6th, 2024, the day of moving: Crew came and they denied any knowledge of the conversation between me, ******** and *****. They told me that they will charge hourly, whatever it takes. I told them about the understanding that the max I should pay is 10% on top of the quotation. They denied to provide any service with that understanding and left my house without any moving at all. Oct 7th, 2024: ******** fraudulently used my saved card information to charge me for the service he never provided. I NEVER AUTHORIZED THIS PAYMENT.

    Business Response

    Date: 10/07/2024

As you can see from the uploaded agreement, that was signed on the day of the move and when we arrived, that he agrees to pay for the services and agrees to the terms and conditions based off of the estimate that was initially sent over to him.  The customer changed the scope of the move and consistently refused to pay anything additional once we got out there.  After we tried to start the move, the guy told me team to leave because he did not want to pay more after we told him it would cost more due to the added inventory, he was asking us to do.  Since we were dispatched out and started working, we charged the minimum charge owed for all jobs we start.

I am rejecting this response because: I did NOT add additional items. Please refer the email I sent to the business a day before that clearly mentioned it. I also have my ring camera recordings where his crew clearly saying that they will provide service only after talking to business owner. In the same recording I am telling them I will wait for them in case they want to come back for the same day. I also have the voice message from Jonathan on my phone where he agrees that I should only pay 10% on top of quoted charges regardless of hours it takes.

Also, I talked to my wife (Reema Sisodia) who is the original requestor of this service. She did NOT sign any documents.

    Sincerely,

    Saurabh Agarwal

Of course the customer will say what they must to make themselves look good.  I will never walk away from a $2000+ job unless the customer denies services.  So, since this customer was not reasonable and did not allow us to work because the cost would have been higher due to the extra work being requested on the day before the move we had no choice but to leave.  They signed the estimate at the beginning of the day whenever we initially showed up and we have timestamps showing that and the customer will have his recording to prove that as well.

We were quoted one amount and when the owner found out we were paying cash, they waited until I was not present at the house and they told the person paying the movers are completely different price- charging over 80$ more an HOUR with one less person and ripped us off by over $500. Charging is 1,150$ for 3 hours of labor!!!! We were charged 280$ an hour, for 2 people and a truck charge and we were told 3 people for 199 an hour and did NOT use their vehicle we used our truck We also have video footage of one of the workers vaping inside my special-needs sons bedroom. I took screenshots and screen recordings of the video interaction paying the movers as we have video footage from the inside of our living room because of our special-needs child needing supervision, I have cameras around the entire house. Looking back at the move i also had noticed that the movers took as much time as they could moving small objects such as a rocking horse, one small toy, ect.As we were unpacking, we realize that they broke three of our childrens beds, as well as multiple other things and we also have items missing from our wall mounted nightstand! i told them that we had special needs children and they took advantage of us financially knowing we were tired and had little help moving! They took advantage of a family Who worked hard for their savings who is just trying to get help moving after a very rough transition. I will be reporting them to the BBB, and I will be posting this information all over next-door, ******** and ********** so that people steer clear of this company. Even when I tried to Call and work out the wrong doing with the owner, they refused to call me back and the girl who answered the phone kept saying he wasnt there and would call me later.

Summer I apologize you feel like we have provided a service that is not to yours and to our standard as well. My team has reached out numerous times with no reply back to the 2 numbers we have on file. I have just now returned from being out of town and just heard the update from my team. I am waiting on your return phone call so we can get to the bottom of this issue. I do know i sent out an estimate to you for over $1500 and the final bill that was for only $1176. I want to remedy this concern with you and I am sorry that you fill we were not honorable. The hourly rate was lowered to $149 per hour. VS the $199 rate for 3 guys we initially sent over. We do not like any customer to fill like we take advantage of anyone, especially once we beat the estimate we provide. Your husband that was there on the day of the move said the experience was 5 star once the final bill was paid. This is a big concern that I want to eliminate and I will be available until 7pm 7 days a week to go over this issue with you. I hope you understand that we do not take this type of accusations lightly. So please respond back in a timely matter so I can hopefully fix this issue with you promptly. Thank you and have a blessed day!e...

I had hired this company to assist with a move, was originally quoted about 700 dollars.. they completely botched the scheduling by a week, he then said they would have people to my house the next day and never showed up, the following day they did show up on time. One of the guys was still drunk from the night before (his words) said he got called in at 6am and hadnt been to bed. For missing the scheduled date, he gave me a 3rd guy for free they finally got started about 20 minutes after arriving. They did a horrible job wrapping the big furniture i had, dresser and tv stand. My dresser got drug across the concrete stairs and gouged a dent into the side of it. My tv stand is a heavy piece, they were 45 minutes into moving this one piece with 3 guys. I had to help them get it down the stairs as they were dragging it across the stairs as well. My bed itself was put into the truck and something put on top of it and rubbed on it taking finish off. At the end of the move the worker said to the owner he put to many hours down, ges goin to change it to less time and the owner said, its only x amount of time just leave it as is, dont change the time. I could hear him on speaker phone. They took a total of 1.25 hours to move one piece of furniture and 1.25 hours to drive roughly 40 miles. Of the 3 items i gave him an estimated price of 4300 dollars which he didnt care about. He drug the claim out to nearly 7 weeks but said it was goin to be 350 and that was more then his claims department originally stated and have zero room to negotiate as he says look at it this way, you put a claim in with insurance you dont get to negotiate I was working the day we went over everything on the phone and was never made aware of different levels of protection i signed what was sent to me. Estimate was 700 roughly and when i got the bill it was closer to 1600 as he also has a fuel surcharge which was 226 dollars for 38 miles which he stated is for taxes on trucks.

The customer was given an estimate based off of the information provided to us.   Please see attachment for the original estimate.   After the job was completed, we provided ****** with the final bill.  He was given the consumer advisement document that he signed off on understanding the price could be higher due to many variables.  We identified a claim that was handled and paid out.  ****** has such broken the agreed upon contract ( see signed contract above for claim packet under file listed as scan) in which he will not submit false information on public forums and degrade my company during or subsequent to the claim process.  I will be issuing an invoice for $350 for the breach of contract and if that is not paid in 1 business day, I will submit the outstanding balance to collections

I am rejecting this response because:

as Ive stated to him over the phone, the weight alone on my big piece, the tv stand wine rack etc is roughly ***** it took 3 of his guys and my having to help them 1:15 minutes to move. If it was only 150lbs why was it such a struggle. Ive expressed that to him. I also filled out his DocuSign a few weeks ago so i understand., i wasnt going to be out everything with his inability to work with someone. He used general weight as his reasoning why. I have no received a check or even an email response to either of my emails.

What the business committed to provide me in writing:Your Neighbors ********************************************* LLC sent me multiple emails between May and early June about securing another storage unit so they could move my items for free due to their downsizing.I did not prefer their recommendation of *******, so I found and paid for a different storage unit. Also, please note nowhere in the email did it say that I was not allowed to find another option outside of LokStar, or that them moving my items was contingent on my using LokStar. I interpreted their recommendation as an olive branch not a requirement. The day after I paid for the other storage location, they "changed their mind" and decided to keep my belongings. They are now attempting to bill me for maintaining my items in their storage, despite their previous commitment to move my items.I provided them with all necessary information, including the address and access code for the new storage unit, but they have refused to move my items as promised. As a single mother, I cannot afford two storage units, and I only secured the second unit based on their urging. After informing them that I had already arranged for a different storage unit based on their commitment to move my items, they decided to keep my belongings and are now trying to charge me for storage instead of fulfilling their promise. They are insisting that I cancel the other storage unit and continue with them, which I cannot do as I have already paid for the other unit. When I stated that I would come to retrieve my items, they informed me that I could only do so if I paid them and provided an insurance policy listing them with $1 million liability coverage.Otherwise, if I do not pay they have threatened to auction off my items.I find these actions to be in bad faith, deliberately contentious, and unacceptable. ***I just want them to move my items to the other storage unit like they indicated they would in the original email.***

We have numerous evidences that show habitual late payments and also misunderstanding of what was asked of you from my office.  In all the attachments provided, you will see that we clearly had an arrangement that was misinterpreted.  Due to the misinterpretation, you decided to reserve a separate unit that we were not partnered with and did not inform us of this decision.  Due to the lack of communication with us, the reoccurring monthly charges never stopped and you refused to make payments.  We have evidence of declined payments and with lack of communication we were forced to terminate the storage with you.

Please reach out to the office 7 days a week until 6 pm to go over any further details or concerns

I had signed an estimate back in April for the moving company to come out on June 7th 2024 to move my belongings from ***************************** to my new location in ********. Upon arrival all 3 movers had stated the company had not paid them and they were not feeling like moving anything of mine. They then had started moving just boxes into their moving truck. They did not even have 1/4 of my belongings loaded up into their truck when the movers told me they were going to quit and bring all my belongings to the wear house. At this point I had to give them individually cash to move my belongings off their truck. I then had to get my own U-Haul and move my belongings by myself. After which I have now gotten 3 different invoices ranging from 500$-1000$ from the moving company trying to get me to pay them for work that was never done. My belongings were never moved by the company nor was my belongings off the property in which they had arrived to. I have given the company a 150$ deposit back in April in which they are withholding due to me canceling because I did not want my belongings to be taken from me.

Everything that this complaint represents is false and very misleading.  The 3 man team that was sent and that he agreed to pay for started work at 845 am according to the signed estimates and worked until ******************************** and said he was not using us anymore due to yelp reviews because the crew said we over charge people at the last moment.  ( i have the phone call recorded) the customer signed the documents agreeing and understanding the minimums and charges that we operate under.  He proceeded to use materials leased trucks and hired employees to work for 2.75 hours and one employee trie3d to get the customer to stay with the company but decided to go hire my other two employees that stole the job and leave my truck abandoned on the side of the road and proceeded to drop off the two employees back at my office in his own personal vehicle ( i also have camera footage to prove the ride happened as well) Essentially i have provided ****** with the original minimum that was agreed upon prior to researching the used materials and time used with my employees and company vehicle, so i updated the invoice to appropriate charges and sent it back to ******.  ****** cannot prove anything, unlike how I can provide the only two times I have sent the invoice, along with the proof that he has viewed the 2 sent invoices 15 times and the last time viewed at the time of this response was at 6/10/2024, 3:38:53 PM.  So the customer will be responsible for all charges sent to him

I am rejecting this response because:

The invoice that has been sent over does not have a parts break down and only shows the amount on the job. All statements made from your employees as well as our call were captured on my cameras at the apartment location. As well as statements made when you had came to my place of living asking your employees and me where your truck had been as you told them to leave the truck and all employees had walked over to my apartment to see if they can get a ride as they couldnt get back because you had not properly paid them according to them. If possible Id like a complete break down if the prices and proof of costs with a mark up amount to properly ensure I am not being taken advantage of. Especially trying to charge me over 100$ for fuel costs to drive from your shop to my apartment only as well as trying to charge me packing charges when everything was packed on my end.

    Sincerely,

Charged more than quoted (quoted $3,400) even after the discounts offered by owner ($600)) involving late arrival times (both days). Ended up being forced to pay $3,600 in order to get our belongings unloaded. Food removed from basement (old residence) freezer even though garage freezer was transported with like items. Unable to complete job in allotted amount of time and told we wouldnt be charged due to extended periods of down time from an injury. Damage to new residence (hole in wall and broken screen door) and told to email them so we could file a claim. 5 emails later, no response, no claim filed almost a week after. Unprofessional behavior from crew and owner. Employees openly bad mouthing company and talking about being on work release (from jail). Owner responding to a review left on ****** with blatant lies and condescending misinformation (habitual based off other ****** reviews. Charged for items not used (boxes, left still in shipping band and at old residence). Workers left trash in driveway and inside old residence (packing materials and food trash). The *********************** seemed like he had sympathy for our situation, but the owner had the attitude of pay or else. This was the worst experience I have ever had. Not only with a moving company, But in receiving service in general.

    Business Response

    Date: 02/17/2025

****, your wife ******* and yourself told the company that you were going to be moving items and boxes prior to our arrival and you did not.  The original estimate did not reflect that and you were told that if we had to do extra work you would be charged accordingly and we will need to add over an 1.5 hours to the estimate.  See screenshot providing evidence of comment.  As stated in the signed documents and BOL's were it clearly states:

"This Estimate reflects the minimum charge w/ a range of an additional 2 hours added. Any time
needed past the range listed in this estimate along with additional services needed will be
    charged accordingly.
Materials listed on the estimate only reflects itemized pricing per material. We will charge only
on a used basis for any material needed to protect your HHG (House Hold Goods)

You also were sent a PUC document that goes over unforeseen circumstances that are charged extra and cannot be estimated at the time.  The law requires that i present the minimum and the shown amount does not in any way indicate the final cost.  As you can see from the signed documents provided we were in no way outside of the parameters that you already agreed upon.  All charges were adequately represented and fully explained along with all necessary discounts at the time for any inconveniences.

Regarding the damages, the claim packet was sent out to you on May 17th at 1:44 PM and we never received a reply back from that.  Therefore we were never able to issue out any payout due to never hearing back from you or your wife.  If you would like to talk further on the matter, please do not hesitate to reach out to our office 7 days a week until 6 pm

The response from the business was incorrect and the person writing that response lied about several factors in their response. This was not a valid response and I need them to be held accountable for their actions in 05/2024, they are now finally getting back to in 02/2025. Absolutely unacceptable on their part.

There are multiple reviews with almost identical experiences we had from different people. ******** arrogantly responds and blames the customer. In our case, he has blatantly lied and arrogantly blamed us for his employees unprofessional behavior, poor work ethic, carelessness, and his morally bankrupt actions in his insurance claim scam. The hilarious part is, we have all of the proof, as we have had issues with companies in the past and learned our ****** in keeping records. ******** has lied through this entire process and he needs to be held accountable. I have recently called numerous times in attempt to get a hold of him so we could discuss a settlement. My wife and I are asking for a full refund ($3,600) plus damages ($850) for the travesty his company put us through. We are prepared to move forward and end this travesty once and for all. Whether ******** is willing to participate or not.

    Business Response

The unprofessional approach **** has in the use of egregious verbs to help explanation an unvalidated point goes to show who we have dealt with since last year.  This case is well past any form of payout due to the negligence of replying back with required claims documents that were sent to their email address provided to us back on May 17th.  Please see attachments to prove email was sent to address we have on file.  Since the 30 days has been surpassed by almost a year at this point, and the customer originally agreed to the terms and conditions in previous provided signed documents, This case has been closed and no further payouts will be entertained.  Your Neighbors Moving & Storage is requesting no further communication through this platform from this aggeressive consumer.  His ONE BLOCKED phone call to our office last week with a very threatening ultimatum voicemail that was left, will be used as evidence of harassment if communication does not cease immediately.

I am rejecting this response because: Once again, ******** is not only continuing to be dishonest, but he cannot even get his names correct? Whos ****? There was no threatening voicemails left for ********. There were no ultimatums given. I left ******** a voicemail explaining that I was giving him an opportunity to do the right thing and end this mess once and for all.

******** is welcome to notify law enforcement of this harassment he speaks of because its simply not even close to meeting the elements of that crime. ******** opted to not respond to this complaint until February of this year. So I believe it is him who waited so long. We have the paper trail of emails, invoices, photographs, and recorded phone calls.

so unfortunately we will be moving in a different direction. I am asking that the BBB do their part in holding ******** and his business accountable and base their grade off the proof provided.

First they gave me a bid of $1066. The move ended up costing me about $5000. They stored it for two months. When I was ready to have delivered they said they would be here 8:30-9am. They arrived at 2:20pm. I wish you could have seen how it came off the truck. Terrible . Boxes were smashed, torn, laying every which way. One box ****** marked FRAGILE was destroyed with my things in it. My drapes were wrapped or in a box. Canvas painting were thrown in boxes. No paper and the boxes wouldnt close. I finally I got the boxes unpacked. Im missing a tall glass candle stick, I had a plant on it. I have looked in every room and closet. I only have maybe 1000sq ft. I went out to my garage and went looked in everything. Even my Christmas things. Please look at the pictures I have put on the BBB sight. They are also rude on the phone, put you on hold and when they return they make up stories on why you were on hold for so long. Say they will call you back and never do. Its the same EVERY time. I asked to speak to ******* every interaction and every time they wouldnt let. And made up excuses why she wasnt available. I feel I need a complete refund or at least half + . Thank you for listening to me and I pray you can help me

    *****,

After looking over both moves you hired us for I see nothing wrong with the charges that you paid for.  I am not sure where you got the price of $1066. The original quote sent to you showed  $2,548.21 - $3,040.31. That quote was only for the move in not the move out. The move out estimate was quoted around  $1,326.78 - $1,704.78.
It also states right below that
"This Estimate reflects the minimum charge w/ a range of an additional 2 hours added. Any time
needed past the range listed in this estimate along with additional services needed will be
    charged accordingly.
Materials listed on the estimate only reflects itemized pricing per material. We will charge only on a used basis for any material needed to protect your HHG (House Hold Goods)". We have uploaded the following signed documents regarding how all charges worked.
On both days of your job the crew did arrive to start your job by 9:00 am. You must remember that on the storage out they started here at our facility loading your belongings onto the truck from the storage unit. After they got it loaded they reached out to give you the heads up they were on their way. As for any damages or claims for your move you should of received a claims packet pertaining to the steps to address those issues.
So based of documents signed on 20-Mar-2024 09:59 AM and on 29-Apr-2024 08:58 AM  nothing shows any overly charges nor anything outside the parameters of a move

I am rejecting this response because: they are lying. My statement is  100% truth. I am willing to take a lie detector and I have  witnesses. And I sent pictures. And Im still finding out things are missing. Some were very sentimental. They belonged to my husband who passed 9-24-23 and that was why I was moving.
I believe the lady who quoted me my original price was *******. And they never even let me talk to her

    Sincerely,

There is no need to take Polygraph tests when we already have provided the signed documents proving the necessary evidence for this case.  ******* was a relocation specialist that only booked jobs on our calendar and if I need to provide proof of her employment status that is not an issue.  Therefore, she is of no assistance to help in this process since the management team handles these types of issues.  I have also provided proof of our claim packet that was sent over to your daughter on May 17th, 2024, at 12:34 PM since you provided two emails on the account and had hers as the main one. (see screenshot of account to further verify) I also have attached additional proof that nothing was returned to us or any further communication with us was not attempted after the packet was sent out.

We never received the signed claim packet in the time we have allocated in out terms and conditions that we provided with the original signed PDFs in the previous response.  Those signed documents go over the time needed to be able to submit your claim and how you have 30 days after we send out the packet to have it signed and returned along with all necessary photos of damages along with receipts or manufacturers information of the damaged items.  Since none of these steps were met, we closed the account as completed.

    To whom this may concern

This company has done nothing but lie to me.

Their crew was on time to pack up my home and take it to storage, which ******* told me it was stored in ****************, Co.

When the Day came to deliver my things they were supposed to be here at 9 AM. Actually they first told me 8 AM.. I had people here ready to help me move and unpack and they also had jobs to get back to. I can get witnesses if you need them. My sister was here, ***** ***** who lives in ***********. She stayed as long as she could and then she had to head home before the movers even got here. They kept calling me and changing the time telling me they were just right around the corner, telling me they were five minutes away excuse after. They finally arrived here at 2 oclock in the afternoon.

I have never received any packet. I have no idea what they are referring to. Seriously Im a 73-year-old woman. Why would I lie?

When the company was finished packing me up in ************* they asked for their money which was way higher than what I was quoted. I paid it. And then when they came to ****** with it, I had to pay again I was not aware of that.

******* informed me that the price she quoted me $1066 and some odd cents was for the entire thing except for the storage. And they paid the first month.

I have sent pictures before of some of the things that were damaged. Things were broken. Things are lost. Im still looking for stuff that shouldve been packed and it is not here. A couple of the things were very sentimental to me as they belonged to my husband, and he passed away. Hence the reason I was moving, I am including the pictures that I could find in this letter.

Somehow, I have lost the form that you sent me to fill out. I am still looking for it and if I find it, I will also do that. In the meantime, I hope this will

There is no excuse for my things to look this way. They put one of my important pictures that my son had made for me in that wagon with the ironing board lane on top of it. The picture was just a canvas luckily, there was no harm done to it because it was not wrapped at all.

I dont know how these people stay in business. Again, I have several witnesses not related to me

I think I should at least get a partial refund due to the things that are still missing and broken

As stated in previous responses, multiple times, we have provided all the necessary evidence to support our case and proof that we charged less than the estimate provided.  We have also supported this case with the terms of our conditions and proof that we have sent the documents to the provided forms of contacts on the account.  Since we have provided the evidence that claim packets were sent out in accordance with their request along with nothing being returned to us at all, we will NOT be issuing out another packet.  We have a 30-day requirement to return the claim packet signed with all necessary receipts and manufacturer numbers or IMEI numbers. We have brought this to attention in previous responses, and it is not our fault that the customer "lost it".  We're a ********** company, why would we lie?

I hired Your Neighbors Moving and Storage in October 2023 to move me from ********************************* *****to *****************************************************************. A company worker came to my home to give me the original estimate which included moving two pieces of exercise equipment. The movers showed up on moving day and told me they did not know how to dis assemble the equipment and it was not covered in the move. They told me the employee who gave me the quote had quit. They later had to hire another company to disassemble the equipment. During the move one of their employees quit leaving them shorthanded. They also under estimated my load and had to have another truck finish the move a few days later. During the move the movers damaged several things including an expensive dresser which they failed to cover before moving. They dropped the dresser a put a large ***** on the top. I completed the claim paperwork and sent the pictures to them. Since October I have contacted them numerous times only to be told they are running behind on claims. Today I contacted ******** who is the manager and told him I had been trying to get this settled and if I could not get resolution today my intent was to file a BBB complaint. ******** became belligerent and said I was threatening him. I ended the phone conversation. The entire move, damage to my property and interactions with employees regarding the claim has been very unprofessional. I have additional photos but file was to big to upload.

We are in an active claim settlement still with this customer.  He has not signed the settlement offer that was sent to him already.  As you can see from the document he uploaded and also the document I have uploaded it states he is not allowed to defame the company.  I have already started the small claims court process and my attorney is drafting a letter to *** against damages for this while we are actively settling with him.  Please have this removed or this will be used as evidence in the case

I am rejecting this response because:

Your company has not sent me anything regarding a possible settlement. In fact I called three weeks ago and was told "claims are running behind". There was no mention of a settlement. I have also not received any calls from your company regarding settlement. The mention of a settlement from your company only occurred after a negative rating and the filing of this BBB complaint. Furthermore your company is attempting to use intimidation tactics with threats to *** etc. for posting a negative rating and filing this complaint. If you are truly wishing to settle this matter fairly I will be awaiting your call and looking forward to reviewing the settlement agreement.

    Sincerely,

There are no scare tactics being used.  We are operating inside of the realm of the law with the signed documents I have.  We have evidence of a settlement letter that was sent, also the notification of expiration since the letter was not signed in an appropriate time frame.  We do not threaten lawsuits on people that express their opinion.  Only the ones who sign a legal document stating they will not defame the company while the active claim is being handled.  Your signature was written out with the understanding of the repercussions of defaming the company whilst we were actively offering you a settlement.

I am rejecting this response because:

Once again I had not received any settlement or offer of any settlement from you. As of today I still have no knowledge of this settlement you claim to have sent. I am requesting you contact me regarding my valid damage claims and compensate me for my damaged property. If you do not contact me this week I am going to assume you are not interested in taking care of this matter.

I am rejecting this response because: company is untruthful in their statement regarding attempting damage settlement. Furthermore they have since recently charged my credit card approx $1900.00 alleging breach of contract for filing a BBB complaint and filing a negative review. We are now seeking legal action against this company and filing additional complaints with the *****************.

Hired their company for services. I was asked to leave a review. The manager ******** called back to back to back asking how I could leave such a bad review. I explained why. I was not happy with the service and the amount over the quote I was charged. I believe the harassment from the manager needs to stop if a previous customer leaves a review he does not like. Back to back calls is not professional. I have over 500 dollars in items missing and he replaced one that was not even the same thing I sent a receipt for. My expierence was horrible and I do not need to explain why I left my review after being asked too. He harasses me for five star review.

This customer settled with us after having her items in our storage and damage happened to a doll house.  She supplied the receipt and we ordered the exact same item with full replacement.  She has still defamed my company after doing so.
