    Called to have my Rinnai tankless water Heater serviced since I was getting cold water, thanks to the Moths. Tech came in 9 am, charged me 70$ service fee to remove face cover and vacuum outside of unit, I easily could have done. I had to call back to return since job was not complete, still cold water, arrives at 3,frustrated since he had to return, strips my bolts to unit, all while using a drill on an aluminum unit, takes off for 45 minutes, returns and quotes me a different price, After they agreed to match price. Once he saw that code ten he should have known then of what needed to get done and be done he said it would only take an hour.Good thing I take pictures when stuff is being worked on- proof that those bolts were not stripped until Plumb Pros. After no progress, tech leaves at 8 job incomplete. Tech states" I don't want to cause any more damage" basically could not do job, and admitted pretty much he damaged the bolts.. But they make it look easy!! LOL!! I used Plumb pros before and was happy, not this time and not Ever!! Call office to get invoice from 1st srvc call, ******* said she will send and have Mgr/ owner contact me...Still waiting!! Great ***************** right? Jokes! Do your research and find other companies. That will do it at a better price and actually get the job done and really make it look Easy. Plumb pros is a joke! I will not be returning with my business and I will be sure to inform others to not go with plumb pros. Website says they specialize in all this., Well they had me fooled! Reviews will be blasted ! BBB will be contacted.They overcharge you initially!

    They installed my furnace and a/c plus a tankless water-heater. They were all professional and very polite. They made the whole process really smooth and pleasant. Would definitely recommend

    If you ever want good customer service, caring and help right away this is the place to go. My mom who is 87 years old had issues and they were on it and very caring and patient. They cleaned up their mess and kept us informed of everything did. I will not go anywhere else.********************************* was the lead on this project and I want to put a shout out to him and his crew. They were all on top of everything and so caring.Thank you Plumb Pro.*****

    Today I used the service of Plumb Pro, the employer of **** and ****. They were on time to tackle a very clogged toilet. They were easy to deal with, and were in and out in less than 30 minutes. This was my second time to use Plumb Pro but it will not be my last. Also, the price was very reasonable.
