1 starWorst mistake I ever made was hiring Plumb Pros (PP). I purchased an ** unit through them in early 2021 and paid $2,000 more than the original quote for the installation. At that time, I signed up for their plumbing membership plan for special customer perks. However, a few weeks later, the ** unit was blowing in hot air. PP came out and recharged my unit. Meanwhile, I had them fix another plumbing issue I had in the crawl-space. I was disappointed with their plumbing plan as it was not a good bargain like they made it out to be. Plus, the plumbing issue they had fixed in the crawl-space was not 100% fixed, but I would not find out until fall. At the end of August, the ** unit blew hot air again. I called PP out again in spring 2022, and they fixed/recharged the unit. But by August, the ** unit blew warm air once more. Spring of 2023, PP came out yet again and fixed/recharged the unit again. To no avail, it blew warm air by August. In the spring of 2024, the warranty on my ** expired and I had to pay PP almost $900 to fix/recharge my ** again! Spring 2025, I hired a different company which, after a thorough inspection, found that the ** unit was improperly installed by PP, includingseveral missing components essential for its proper operation. In summary, Plumb Pros charged way more than their quote, did not do quality work, did not properly install my **, did not fix the issues with the ** unit, and did not honor their warranty.Review fromKim C

Our AC stopped working on one of the hottest days of this summer in August. Plumb Pros HVAC tech, ****, came out to fix the issue. **** showed up on time and was courteous and friendly when he arrived. He was also extremely knowledgeable and not only identified the problem quickly, but he also checked several other things to make sure that there were no other potential issues. He then explained the problem and the repair process so I could clearly understand. Gene is a great HVAC tech and a credit to Plumb Pros. I will definitely request him specifically if I ever need any HVAC repairs again.Plumb Pros, Inc.
