      Reconstruction Experts hired *********************** to install a custom metal interior rail for one of their customers on January of 2024. It is now November and they still owe us half of the invoice. A lien has been filed to the house we did our work at and still no answer from them of when they will be paying us the balance due. From the many attempts of trying to talk to them so they could pay us. Please do not hire them for you work as well as do not do any work for them as subcontractor.

      Today, we reached out to the property owner, who confirmed that a check for the full amount owed has been issued and mailed. We sincerely apologize for any misunderstandings and appreciate your patience. We hope this resolves the matter fully.

      They were hired to do the Reconstruction on my house after a fire it has been 17 months and they are still not done and now they are refusing to work because I cannot guarantee payment from my mortgage company. The insurance company will no longer pay for our temporary living arrangements so my 80 year old mother and I have to move back into a house that has no roof no ceiling no carpeting and is extremely dirty from the contractors. We have gone over many times and found the workers just sitting outside on their phones and several times we have gone over there and they were drinking alcohol on the job. I would never ever ever recommend this company to anyone!!!

      Had no choice in the matter using this company. *** hired them to do work on my patio. Looks so ugly and tacky now, it's embarrassing to be out there with guests. 1. They reinstalled our ** with NO freon in it and tried to tell US the ** was broken. Um, no. We're not stupid.2. They put the wrong garage keypad on ********** so we couldn't use it for numerous days.3. When the correct keypad was installed, and the wires reinstalled, they placed them in a way that the garage door wheels RAN OVER the wires, causing them to be cut in half and again we had no use of the garage. Had to have my ************* come out to fix what they ruined, and pay out of pocket.4. Took them a good 3-4 months to complete our deck and we were told it would only be a few weeks.All in all, I would NEVER ever recommend these people to ANYONE. EVER.
