When I was first contacted by Capstone there was no slimy sales pitch. Instead I received an education about dealing with the ***. That 20 minute conversation inspired me and gave me confidence that the folks at Capstone could be trusted and knew what they were doing.From the very beginning ******* ********* and *** ******** would answer my questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Capstone accomplished in 12 hours what my prior firm was unable to do in 12 years. 20 days ago I was levied for my life savings, which included money I had inherited. Some people may not know this but you only have (21) days to defend a levy. I spoke to ***** the night of the 19th day....by the morning *************** team including ************ had a Full Levy Release and a low Installment Agreement formalized. I know its hard to know what to do. I know it is very scary, especially when you have been dealing with the same person or company for so long. They somehow condition you to accept failure! They make you think it is your fault that they fail. They use your embarrassment against you! If I hadn't found the strength to make the decision to switch, I would have lost everything. Trust Capstone. I did & do! I will be a reference for them forever.Capstone Tax Consulting, Inc.
