A predatory towing company that operates near Star Bar and ********************* on **********. downtown by Ballpark. Soulless and rude employees who ******** in minutes regardless of whether you are actually going to ******. Charged me $340 to retrieve my car comprising of a $220 retrieval fee, 4$ per mile, and a $90 after hours fee.

I had a flat on I-25 and ************* South. My road assist through my Insurance used Personal Touch Recovery to tow my vehicle. I waited the 90 minutes for them to arrive, and the reason is because road assist does not give them the information for 30 minutes. Once the gentleman arrived, he introduced himself, verified the drop off address and took care of me with NO ISSUES. I appreciated his help and dedication in making sure I was taken care of properly. I give credit to the driver-****, with coming from the ****** area to Centennial to drop off my vehicle for service. No complaints!

No signage in the lot near the spots. Upon walking down the alley near the lot, stapled to a pole is a sheet of paper with a phone number and this tow company. My car was parked for 2 hours along with a few others in a lot with 40+ open parking spaces. I was at a concert and upon getting back to where I parked, myself and about 5 others realized our cars were gone. I called the number I eventually found, after 6 calls a man finally answered. He was very rude, he asked me my car details and told me he might be able to have someone meet me in an hour (at 2:30 am) to retrieve my car from the lot, and then he hangs up stating he had another call. I wasn't given an address or assured my time was reserved so I tried calling back. After another 5+ calls he answered. I told him I had just called about my car and wanted to know if he could confirm someone would be there at 2:30 and get the address. He continued to say **** I help you?" Every time I explained what was happening. He was making a joke out of the situation. He told me "you're speaking in statements not questions, sounds like you don't want to get your car back". He eventually gave me an address and told me I'd just have to come and find out if someone will be there to release my car at 2:30. I asked him if I can go there to wait, to which he said "that's up to you, its in a low income neighborhood". I asked him for his name and he refused to give it stating "would you ask a waitress her name to stalk her?". Eventually someone came in a tow truck to block the lot, it was the man from the phone. He continued being a jerk. He charged me 344 dollars. Upon taking payment of my card, he also stated that he had selected the highest tip amount on the card reading software for himself. In a fury I just got in my car to leave before I did something stupid I'd regret. This place is criminal. They show zero respect or professionalism. There's a reason every review online calls them criminals.

predatory tow company that will steal your vehicle if you wander, even for a minute, anywhere that isn't *****'s or Star Bar (doesn't matter if you just had dinner at *****'s). They have a spotter sitting next to the parking lot watching for anyone coming and going. this company tries to rationalize their ethics by being "within the bounds of the law" but they push those bounds to their limits. KNOW YOUR RIGHTS! they will tell you that you owe $300 - $350 -- THIS IS A LIE -- they must abide by nonconsensual tow laws in *** so please look that up for your specific scenario. I pity the workers here, and hope that they can find some peaceful sleep at night.
